Hilton Garden Inn Tampa North - Hotel in Temple Terrace - 13305 Tampa Oaks Blvd, USA

I will start by mentioning that the hotel staff service is top notch. Everyone was very friendly (with the exception of one shuttle driver who wasn’t rude, but was not especially friendly). Tristin went above and beyond to assist and ensure we were pleased. |The hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of wooded areas. The hotel grounds seems clean and well-kept. ||The only issue was with the cleanliness of the actual room on the 4th floor. There was several stains of…maybe blood??.. on the duvet cover and some mildew in the shower. The bathroom floor was also dirty. ||The shuttle was somewhat convenient for our day at Busch Gardens, however there was a lengthy wait of over 1 hour for pick up back to the park. ||I would have preferred a closer property and Uber or Lyft in the future. We did end up doing ride share to the Seminole Hard Rock for later in the evening. I would also bring my own pillows if I were to stay here again.

Good location, with easy access to interstate. I checked in online. The lobby is spacious and has a small bar. The space on the room was nice with a separate area to sit, work and watch TV if desired. This hotel has been around a while and the rooms are a bit worn. Also, the cleanliness wasn’t the best. But The bed was very comfortable! Breakfast has buffet options or cooked to order options. The lady staffing the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. When I left I notified staff that I was leaving so they could check me out; that never happened so I was prompted by the app to check out. When I received my folio the rate I was charged was different than what was booked. Jonah was super helpful in getting that taken care of!

We are diamond members and we stay in a lot of Hilton hotels. Usually Hilton Garden Inn is a quality hotel with better amenities and an upgrade from the now run down Hampton Inns. This one though is an exception. We paid $200 a night. The hotel is run down, dirty and just overall gross and disgusting. The carpet has probably never been changed. The bathrooms are old and moldy. Furniture is all beat up. Old stains everywhere and just generally gives you a yucky feeling. You know the feeling when you don't want your feet to touch the floor. Bets are torture and bedding is scratchy and cheap. Air Condition is terrible. Room is humid. Anything is better than this place. Staff is nice though. It's not their fault the hotel brand fails them. I can only imagine how many complaints they get everyday.

This place was great. Stayed for four days for a work trip. Room was clean, service was great. The front staff was polite and courteous. The breakfast was decent as well. I'd be more than happy to stay there again.

Our excellent experience started with the reservation process - I made a mistake on the Hilton website and got a reservation for the wrong date. The night clerk and the front desk clerk both helped me get it sorted it. Once we arrived, the check in process was fast and painless. The dinner we had in the hotel the first night was excellent. Then we needed a place for our family to have a dinner - even though we brought in food from outside, they let us use their banquet table where we had a fun time The staff was so helpful and friendly! I will certainly stay at this Hilton property again.

I had a reservation booked and already pre-checked in online and received my room. My flight was cancelled due to weather and I was stuck in another state for the night so I never even made it to the hotel. I was passed the 24 hour notice for the reservation fee for a full refund but called and the person at the front desk was extremely helpful and gave me a 100% refund anyways. Their service is excellent and the staff was super accommodating!

We stayed here for 5 days while visiting family for Thanksgiving weekend. The young lady checking us in was amazing! Our room and entire facilities were clean and spotless. Service was great. The only issues we had was plambing, both bathroom sink and tub had a very bad draining and we did not like it. I didn't even bother asking to change the room because it was a busy holiday weekend. Overall, we loved the location and service. I'd definitely come back and recommend it to my family members. Please check room 517 for plumbing.

We had the best experience when our team had to leave at 5:45am. John Theberge made breakfast early for our girls to take to the field. All the staff were so friendly. The hotel lobby was very clean and the pub was a nice touch at night.
