Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete Beach - Hotel in St Pete Beach - 6100 Gulf Blvd, USA

My family and I had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn St. Pete's beach this past August. We arrived just after Hurricane Debby, but the hotel grounds were completely cleaned up. The staff is very friendly, and the pool area, the pool bar/restaurant are great. We had a great room with ocean view, which was a nice perk. The beaches are also gorgeous with hotel cabana's free of charge with the room, and the beaches are wonderful. It feels really Caribbean with the white sands. ||On our last day, I lost my hat by the pool area, and I want to specifically mention the friendly staff, especially Cassandra, who tried to track down my hat for me, and when not possible, took a lot of trouble to find a similar one and send to me. To be honest, this has never happened to be that any staff took so much trouble to help find and replace a lost item, and it really surprised me, showing how the hotel takes 'service excellence' to the next level. Thank you, Cassandra!

5 out of 5 for location and beach front amenities. This hotel is located on a beautiful beach on St. Pete beach. Room comes with beach lounge chairs with canopy cover. Pool area is nice also with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Pool towels also included. Super cute beach bar, Coconut Charlies, for drinks and bar food. Food just ok but we enjoyed the seafood tacos we ordered. The 4 out of 5 was for the age of the building. Older basic hotel needing a bit of updating but rooms were clean and comfortable. We got a good price on Travelzoo, so it was a good value. In hotel restaurant, also Coconut Charlies, we had a delicious breakfast both days we were there. We didn’t try dinner there but heard it was good from others. We would stay here again. Don’t expect anything fancy, but a good time to be had!!

Room was clean and the staff were very nice. Even the girl in house keeping was always so nice and happy!! We ate in the indoor restaurant 2 times once for breakfast and once dinner. It was both times very good. Beach was clean and the cabanas were included. My little girl loved the hammocks that were around the property!! Thanks for a great stay!

I liked the location, and the environment had a nice vibe. Loved that as a member, we got a cabana at the beach. I did not like that the pool towels were not available at the pool. They were in a locked cabinet and no one to open it. I had to go to the front lobby. Perhaps making a lock like they have at the doors. Now the cleaning staff were super nice and kind. Quick to get what was needed. The room was nice and clean. Bed was a bit hard but slept decent. We got upgraded since we are Diamond members, but it was a challenge. It was like they did not want to upgrade, but after much chatting, Scott made it happen after sharing w him my information.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in St. Pete Beach for Father's Day weekend, booking two rooms for two nights. Upon check-in, manager Cassandra reached out via text to ensure our reservation was in order, answering a few questions promptly, and our rooms were ready early! Both rooms were great, although we encountered a minor issue with one of the fridges, which maintenance quickly fixed. Unfortunately, when we opened the shower, a foul, septic-like smell emerged. Maintenance tried to address it, but ultimately we were moved to a new room for the night. Cassandra was able to refund one night in points, resolving the issue satisfactorily. The hotel itself is excellent, with an amazing pool and beach access. Due to rip currents during our stay, we spent our time at the pool, conveniently located next to the pool bar for easy access to food and drinks. The only downside was the staff interaction. While everyone we interacted with was great, we had to initiate conversations, which made us feel a bit overlooked. As Diamond members with over 14 Hilton stays in the past year, we're accustomed to a bit more recognition and proactive service. Overall, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

We got in late evening and were greeted by the sweetest most helpful woman upon check-in. Our hotel room was very clean and well laid out with lots of space and updated in a modern motif. No carpeting on floor, which I really like. Beds were comfortable and there is a coffee station with mini refrigerator and microwave. Location is great and very walkable to many restaurants and there is a 7-11 right across the street from Hotel. Our parking was very convenient and close to our room. Being on the beach was great for beautiful sunset walks.

I stayed during the Microsoft outage and the poor employees had to work HARD. Nothing was working and anytime you wanted back into your room, someone had to let you in. They all handled the organized chaos well (and with a smile). The rooms were spacious and modern. The hotel is in a great location for anyone trying to relax and have fun. The free cabana was very nice since my wife and I are pretty pale

Maria, just wanted to thank you for everything you did for us. What a pleasant stay we really thought it super relaxing. Coconut Charlie’s was delicious and definitely our go to breakfast! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was adequate size. Beach cabanas were great to have . Definitely will be returning!
