Hilton Garden Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown - Hotel in Bellevue - 10777 NE 10th St, USA

During check-in, the front desk staff was great. We booked a room with 4 people, but only 3 sets of towels were provided. I had to request another bath towel. The pool was very cold and the jets in the hot tub were not functioning, a sign would've been helpful. When I told the front desk the jets weren't functioning, they knew and just confirmed what I said. No mention of repair or anything. I did notice there was equipment set up for those wheelchair-bound, so that's nice they are inclusive. Housekeeping came to tidy the room on our 3rd day, they don't come everyday and again left only 3 sets of towels. I had to request another towel. This seemed ridiculous at this point. But the staff member who brought it to the room was very nice and polite. We noticed there were used wine glasses in the hallway at a room a few doors down during our entire stay of 3 nights. I guess housekeeping doesn't pick up the dishes? The gym was nice and had adequate equipment for workouts. It was nice to have laundry on premises too. Due to low occupancy, the restaurant was closed, but that was fine because there are many restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance. The staff is always cleaning the lobby, wiping down surface and mopping, which is much appreciated. The room was clean and tidy. I'm not sure I would stay there again. The bed was saggy and very bouncy and I could hear the person in room above us walking, which leads me to believe if the hotel had high occupancy, it would be noisy. I realize this review isn't very positive, but I do want to emphasize that all the staff interaction we had was great. They were all very nice and professional.

I stayed on Friday the 3rd and was very impressed with the hotel. The room was spotless. The hallways and the lobbies were cleaned immaculately. The bar had a great selection and the bartender made great drinks. The gift shop had an impressive selection. I don’t remember her name, but the girl who checked me in also served me in the morning for breakfast. She was very nice and professional. I really enjoyed the convenient location and the parking garage. Would love to come back again!

The front desk were very accommodating for our group and put us all on the same floor without us even asking;) perfect location, pet friendly, quiet neighbors. we were given complimentary break fast too and it was much better than most places we’ve stayed at. Highly recommend!

Parking is not smooth, if their lot is full. You park at the next building, which sounds simple in theory.... But you have to call the after hours service for the other parking garage to let you in. One is not able to simple pull up and push a button. It's a circus. Then the elevator has odd labeling and you use a touch pad. One of the more difficult parking experiences in my Hilton tenure and I'm well on my way to Lifetime Diamond...

Great experience and service! Greeted and welcomed as soon as I walked in the lobby. My room was ready hours before the 3pm check in time which made it convenient. Walking distance from the shopping centre and restaurants. Room was beautiful, clean and bright. Would recommend for anyone staying the weekend!

The hotel’s location is good. The room looks pretty and clean but doesn't isolate sound well.. I heard noise every now and then. There seemed to be other guests frequently making such noise since 6am or even earlier. i had only ~4h sleep at one of my nights. It made me super tired and annoyed! This hotel may not be the best option if you are not a deep sleeper. staff are mostly nice. But one of them asked me to go downstairs and pick up a tissue box myself at night when I told them the tissue was running out.. compared to the bad sleep this is nothing though I have to leave it because of the noise issue. they seemed to be apologetic about it

Front desk is always amazing. Love the 2nd floor which has the pool and gym but is still very quiet. Parking is a little high here but overall a great place to stay if visiting Downtown Bellevue!

I dont normally stay at Hilton Garden Inn branded hotels, but this one is very nice, comfortable, new, and has mostly friendly, helpful, and kind employees. The rooms are large and comfortable, and it's a great blend of peaceful and convenient. This is one of my go-to hotels for business in Bellevue. ||||My only two pet peeves here as a Hilton Diamond member are: 1) Hotel is very inconsistent when it comes to upgrades. This can either make or break your stay; and 2) Diamond members are entitled to two bottles of water per day. When I ask for them, one of the front desk staff (younger male) always says, "you can also just drink from the faucet! That's what I do!" Yeah, heard you the first 20x, now give me my bottled water please before my eyes roll out of my head.
