Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District - Hotel in Savannah - 321 W Bay St, USA

I was there for one night and overall enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay here again! The location was fantastic and I was in walking distance from everywhere I wanted to go. The room was very clean and quite comfortable. The lobby was beautiful. The staff was so friendly and gave great recommendations for restaurants to check out. I took a quick swim and the pool was decent. A few of the bricks on the lip of the pool were loose, as was the ladder into the deep end so that could be a safety concern but overall I found it nice and clean. Keep in mind this is a party area so you will get noise from the bars close by but it did not find it excessive and it did not keep me up at night. There was an incident the morning of my checkout where a naked guy got locked out of the hotel room and urinated on my door and it leaked into my room. He then pounded on his door for a couple minute to get let in. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk so I waited to leave until he was done. I felt safe at the hotel overall but as a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe leaving my room at that moment. It most certainly is not the hotel’s fault but I mention it because based on the location of the hotel, it seems more likely to encounter drunk shenanigans like I’m guessing this was. They offer valet for an additional fee but I thought it was worth it for the convenience. I did not try the $15 continental breakfast because there were so many other restaurants to try.

Room was spacious and very clean. Excellent location! Wish the bathroom had an air vent or fan as it was hot in there. Front desk staff was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. We were greeted each time we came back in. Valet parking is steep at $45 a night especially when you request your vehicle via the text link twice around 10 minutes in advance each time and the they forget to check their iPad. We had to tell them that we already requested the vehicle and had to wait for them to get it. Overall would stay here again and would recommend to others.

The staff made you feel as if you were important. We used the valet service and your first impression is a lasting impression. I used the wrong entrance and their professionalism did not offend me in any way. ||The check in process was easy and found our room with ease. The room was above and beyond clean and accommodating. We felt as if we were valued and will not hesitate using this facility in the future.

Great location, staff were all great, and great breakfast too! We were able to walk to the cat cafe and to the Riverside area. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. This definitely would be a hotel we'd stay at again in the future. Bed was comfortable.

This hotel has some of the nicest people we have ever met. Everyone greets you and is so helpful. We are here for a wedding with our best friends and they have been beyond accommodating! From the front desk and to the people at the breakfast dining we have been very welcomed by all employees.

The room was pristine, although the corner room was quiet because of being isolated from other guests, keep in mind you can still hear everything on the street.; so if you like to go to bed early when everyone else is partying outside, it’s a little loud however. The customer service is beyond excellent! I want to personally name out Jordan, who helped me a great deal with a personal matter, when I was there over Labor Day weekend 2024. I will always remember !🤗

Staff was great, rooms and hotel were clean. People here were extremely welcoming. Proximity to everything was very convenient. I would recommend it. We were here for a 35 anniversary and enjoyed every minute of it. We had a wonderful time.

What a great place to stay!! Easy to walk to the board walk. It was cool watching the cargo ships come in and out to port. The room was very nice. Staff were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding!!!! Getting a handmade omelette was great. We enjoyed a short trip!!
