Hilton Garden Inn Saratoga Springs - Hotel in Saratoga Springs - 125 S Broadway, USA

Great hotel! Was here for a 2-week stay for work, and the staff made me feel right at home. Given my long stay and midnight shift work, they had the foresight to put me in a secluded room on an upper floor to keep the noise to a minimum. The staff was very knowledgeable of the area and gave me great recommendations on food and sight-seeing. The hotel chef was very accommodating, especially on the slower weekdays. Always bringing me something new to try as I relaxed in the lobby. Just to add more praise to the great staff, my room was always clean and stocked with great local sparkling water! Will definitely stay here again when my work brings me into town.

The pool is closed and has been for a while, Expedia had no notes on the pool being closed. We booked this over other hotels because it had a pool for the kids. The room was dirty, and the bathroom door did not lock or stay closed. And the fridge was somewhat colder than the room but not by much. The front desk guy did not look like he cared much about anything, and the service looked uninterested and bored of working there. Not a great hotel, not a great experience

My brief stay at this Hilton was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Located on Main Street, walking distance to all restaurants and shopping. Parking available. I will stay here again when I am in Saratoga Springs.

Room was average but very expensive. Breakfast choices good. We were given drinks and snacks upgrade on our confirmation. This was honored by two other front desk staff but totally confused I believe it was Rose with the long dark hair. Simply put she was rude and nasty and refused to honor what was verbally promised when we booked. We dreaded going to the front desk when she was on duty and she alone destroyed our trust as diamond members with Hilton customer service. Two credit cards were charged pending checkout for the entire stay when only one should have. She seemed to think that was normal to charge two cards. Again, rude and unprofessional.

The two room I had was dirty with a weird smell. I expected so much more since we paid a lil over 300$ each night it was definitely not worth it ! And then breakfast wasn't included we had to pay 11 extra for each person and the breakfast was the average free breakfast you get at other hotels The front desk lady was really nice though.

Location was great for a concert at SPAC but not worth the price at all. Rooms aren’t thoroughly cleaned, the dresser still had clothes from the previous quest. The towels are low quality, it smells, the pool is being renovated and the breakfast isn’t complimentary.

Initially booked thru 3rd party, totally incompetent, they messed up bed type etc. Called hotel directly spoke 2 RoseAnne who cheerfully fulfilled my requests. She was a joy to deal with. Arrived with 3 friends 4 two night stay, Room was exactly as requested, 2 queen beds, extra towels, cups, coffee etc. The outside area with padded chairs, tables, umbrellas was perfect gathering place after walking, shopping etc. A big TY 2 RoseAnne for her initial intro to the hotel.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby area is nice and modern. The breakfast selection looked nice even though we didn’t partake. Location is perfect distance to SPAC, where we attended a concert.
