Hilton Garden Inn Roslyn - Hotel in Port Washington - 3 Harbor Park Dr, USA

Spent 3 nights here and the location, updated facilities, and staff were all 5 star. Breakfast buffet was hot and filling (special thanks to server Alexandra and cook Raymond who were very friendly). Room is modern and updated. Special Diamond parking up front was appreciated and I highly recommend this location.

Very helpful & friendly staff. It’s a 3-star hotel so I shouldn’t expect much in terms of the room. It was clean but shabby. I think all hotels should change chairs in rooms to vinyl so they can be wiped off. You don’t know what you’re sitting in with fabric.

We booked two rooms as part of a room block for my niece's wedding. The first night the AC in one of the rooms was malfunctioning, loud noises coming from it and an odor of smoke. An engineer was sent up at two in the morning and we were told it would have to be replaced. We requested to be moved to another room and were told the hotel was booked and no other rooms were available. The front desk offered a $50.00 credit for a $259.00 plus room charge. We requested a full refund due to the fact that we were unable to sleep the entire night. The AC unit was turned off and continued to make loud noises and emit a smoky odor. The female staying in the room was uncomfortable having to allow a maintenance man in her room at that hour of the night so she refused the service. This is a valid safety concern. We asked to speak to a manager and the manager continuously said they had to research the matter and would let us know. How much time does that take? Why is a maintenance issue in need of "research"? It was requested that this matter be noted in their computer system so that anyone we spoke to on different shifts would be aware and they said it would. Come time to speak with the manager and she was rude, condescending, partonizing and would not directly anwer any questions, continously saying she had to "research" the matter. When we continued to press her for a direct answer she told us to leave her lobby now. I thought HOSPITALITY was a key to an establishment such as this? You had no other room to offer us during the night and expected a single female to allow a maintenance worker in her room at 2 am? Come on people, you need to do better than this. We have filed a complaint with your corporate office to get our refund and against the staff that you allow to serve your customers this poorly. Video of the loud noise is available upon request.

Good hotel and very polite staff. Hotel was booked with wedding guests, who were very noisy, drunk and rude. I was impressed with all of the staff, who handled the disruptors tactfully. It is not clear that the breakfast is charged extra, so that was part of the problem.

Hosted our 55th High school reunion. What a huge success! It was a pleasure to work with Stefanie, the director of sales, and the entire group! They did a great job of accommodating our every need. The food was great, the bathroom clean and well stocked, and we were so warmly greeted. They have fabulous lobby and the Magnolia Room was perfect! We highly recommend this facility!

Positive: The hotel itself was very modern and clean. Good parking. Negative: The initial person who checked us in was rude - no greeting - just said they need my id and credit card. An older employee stepped in to smooth things over. Deadbolt lock on our room didn't lock. Ice machine on our floor was out of order.

Checked in last night to the Hilton Garden Inn and was immediately impressed. Picture a typical HGI but more upscale. A larger lobby, a more modern feel. It all felt very new and clean to me.||The room is nice.. and the shower was fantastic. Quiet overnight in a comfortable bed.||I have nothing bad to say about this hotel at all. Would highly recommend staying if you are in the area. I'd even suggest it for business meetings or other events as well.

Had a training session sponsored by my company. The training room was clean and comfortable. Lunch was included, and boy did they put out a nice spread. Everyone in attendance was very happy. I would definitely recommend this venue...
