Stayed for an be night between flights. Hotel rooms are nice and clean. Very nice bed and nice linens. Was surprised. There is nothing around this location. The restaurant is in inviting and the prices way too high. Felt a bit like a rip off. Has a free shuttle to air train, not to terminal.

I loved our room, very comfortable. I slept well with the A/C drowning out the traffic outside. However the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, anytime the shower was used the entire bathroom floor would flood with water, and the toilet repeatedly wouldn't flush so maintenance had to come twice to try and fix it.

Worst Hilton in the world? I have not stayed at all of them so I cannot be sure, but this must be a strong contender. ||Hilton Honors WiFi did not show a WiFi connection. I went to the reception desk and was told that I would have to call the tech support company - the hotel staff would not call for me. I did call. It took about 15 minutes to get my iPad online. Then I had to call again and repeat the process to get my wife’s iPad connected.||Loud bass music was playing when we checked in at 4.00pm. Still playing at 2.00am. Not possible to sleep.

The hotel options near the airport for a layover all have horrid reviews. I chose this one because the reviews weren’t as bad. The prices are terrible & insanely expensive. Almost $400 for a 4 hour nap is disappointing to say the least. The hotel is a 10 min Uber ride from Terminal 5. Check in process quick and smooth. I wanted to love this place but no vent in the shower and the AC could not keep up so I slept in sweat. You hear planes taking off every 20 min so enjoy the jet sounds or bring ear plugs. I took the free shuttle service to the airport and was at the air train within 10 min. Thank you for that.

The hotel was very good. Comfortable bed and good room! The staff was not good at all, quiet rude, they took very long to attend and didn’t care for customer service at all. Such a shame, the experience would’ve been a five star if it wasn’t for the very unpleasant staff treatment

1. Shuttle bus from airport was dingy and dirty|2. Driver had his phone in his hand and was adjusting the music the entire ride. Sorry but not everyone wants to hear his music that was way too loud while driving unsafe |3. Checkin... I was 4th in line. Took 45 minutes. |4. Hotel was missing soap in the built in dispensers in public and room bathrooms 5. Shuttle only runs every 30 mins. ||Room was clean tho and was ok.||Breakfast buffet was $22 for a full buffet [advertised]. I didn't do it bc I could get a free breakfast at the lounge in jfk... but I saw what was being offered and it was certainly NOT a full buffet. ||Would not recommend.

stayed for one night, July 23rd. Room was not cleaned properly, there were food crumbs on the bedside table and the floor. The bed had a shoe mark or something? The bathroom door took lots of strength to pull closed and push open. It’s a ADA room, with a walk in shower, it wouldn’t have been a problem but I was sharing a room with a friend. That night I had taken my nightly meds and shortly after the only room next to my room 237, was blasting music. I called down to the desk and asked if someone could ask the room 239 to turn down the music because I could hear it perfectly clear. The guy said someone would go up and check on it. I waited twenty minutes before calling again because no one had come up, I would have seen a shadow from the light coming in from the hall. I call again, same guy answers and he says, I called the room, they said they were not playing music. I told them if they would have come up to the room as they said they would to me, they would hear it blasting. The guy told me to hold on and he’d get a manager and the call drops. I call back after waiting a moment to see if someone would call me and a new guy answered and I explain what’s going on. Nothing was achieved with that phone call. I ended up getting up to walk closer to the wall to make sure it was not coming from a room above me. As I got up I was very dizzy from my nightly meds that I take and ended up smacking my head into the wall right by the thermostat. I finally get next to the wall and filmed showing you can hear the music and then slowly made my way to the door in hopes I wouldn’t injure myself any further. I opened the door and it was even louder in the hallway. I then filmed again as proof if I needed it. I finally get back to my bed, I call again and explain what just happened to me thanks to them being too lazy to do what they promised by going to the room in the first place and tell them someone needs to come up and take care of this. Someone finally came up, knocked and the music and talking stops. They knock two more times and leave because they did not open the door. Next morning while checking out I asked to talk to someone about what had happened the night before my friend had arrived from her late flight and the front desk lady said, yes night audit said you called once and they got it taken care of and then explained everything and how I had to get up and ended up smacking my head into the wall and no one cared I hurt myself even she brushed it off like it was nothing. She said she’d refund me half my points and it would show on my account after 3 business days. After a week I reached out through a chat option with Hilton and they said they’d have someone follow up and they’d submit a claim and someone would email me in again, 3 days. I got an email with a confirmation number and here we are over two weeks from my stay and no points have been added and no one has followed up. Poor hospitality. I was hoping to post something positive about them helping resolve the whole matter but at this point clearly no one cares.

I don't know if you really want to know my thoughts but I recently stayed at this hotel and, wow I was shocked and disappointed by the experience we had. Reception team was somewhere friendly, they were clearly overworked and understaffed. The hotel's overall standards were shocking. There was no water provided in the room, when I asked reception they told me to pay for it as a diamond member I found this little insulting, and the breakfast selection was very poor. We requested a late check-out at 2:00 PM, which was granted, but despite this, the housekeeping staff started knocking on our door from 10:00 AM, asking if we were leaving. They knocked a total of six times, even after we asked the front office manager to inform them to stop. It didn’t end there; after extending our check-out by an additional hour (for an extra fee), we thought wow this was a big mistake because they knocked on our door for the seventh time within just 20 minutes, asking again to stop. After this frustrating treatment, we decided to leave earlier than planned because we had simply had enough. This was one of the least pleasant hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I definitely will not be coming back.
