Overall it's just a great property to stay at! The cleanliness is apparent from the moment you park you car, from the lobby to the bar/restaurant up to the rooms. The hot tub and pool area is everything you want when staying at a hotel. I couldn't be happier with the service from the front desk, everyone has be extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely staying here next time I am in town for work.
My family and I had to find a local hotel due to our community needing some building maintenance. I love the Hilton brand and this one did not disappoint! Room was clean, bed was comfy and even our cats had a great comfy stay! Our front desk associate, Van was accommodating and courteous! He remembered my name throughout our stay and it definitely made me feel valued as a guest!||The gym facility was perfect! I was honestly surprised to see dumbbells heavier than 50 lbs and this definitely made me happy as I was excited to use the gym while we were there! The pool was perfect for my wife, daughter and I. The selection of food options were plentiful too, great location! Also, Norman at the bar was great too. If we ever need to stay locally again, we're definitely considering this location again!!
As a frequent Hilton guest to all of their chains, the location of this place is great it’s close to many shops and food places and we got the room we need for our stay, we mostly came for the pool and were very disappointed that their was a shortage of pool towels, staff would bring 2 to 4 towels at a time and that’s only when guests would ask for them, they claimed a sports team had taken several of their towels the day before but why weren’t they prepared for the next day and other guests accommodation’s? The bar and food doesn’t open until 5pm but there are other local places to eat. The place was very chill and clean, our sofa bed didn’t have any blankets nor did we have any extra pillows for that pull out in our room when we asked staff for some they gave us an oversized blankets that didn’t fit on the mattress. In the morning we went downstairs to find that we were never offered a voucher for breakfast and we thought it was included in our stay, not once did anyone advise us that this chain did NOT include continental breakfast, when we were approached to get a voucher or pay the $15.99 for their small selection, we opted for Golden Corral right next door for $14.99 and a much bigger selection. With so many options for food places we didn’t feel the need to eat at this hotel especially with the up charge once it’s added to your room.
This is a newer and well run hotel. We stayed here while visiting the Claremont colleges. The biggest plus of this hotel is its very helpful and accommodating staff from the front desk to the morning breakfast. Jennifer in the breakfast lounge was very helpful on a couple of occasions. Every member of staff we interacted with was service oriented. ||Rooms are nicely appointed, standard hotel rooms with comfy beds. ||The hotel is located walking distance to a target with some restaurants in the area. It has a great combo of service, location, comfort and convenience. I highly recommend it.||My only piece of feedback is that at times it was unclear what diamond member benefits one got at this hotel vs other properties. Staff was helpful addressing any questions.
Great breakfast, comfortable rooms. Recommend courtyard rooms only no matter what floor. The freeway noise on every floor on rooms facing freeway nearly unbearable for a new hotel. They should have placed hotel closer to neighborhood and parking closer to freeway. So much for good double pained windows. Need to get Caltrans to use rubberized pavement. Quieter traffic would result on SR 71 freeway.
The hotel looks new from the outside and the lobby, and the room also looks relatively new.
Hotel staff were friendly.
Located next to a few restaurants.
Digital key wasn’t working during my stay (could’ve been the crowdstrike issue lingering).
Upon arrival to the room, it seemed like the floors weren’t vacuumed, there were hair all over the rest room, couldn’t tell if it’s on the carpet.
The shower pan was slippery when wet and no anti-slip shower mats provided nor was it available upon request. Anyone traveling with elderly and children may want to reconsider about coming to this hotel as a safety concern.
The doors were quite loud and hard to open and close.
If you live on the first floor you can hear the drain and shower turned on when the upper floors go into shower and restroom.
Overall not so great experience even as a gold status member there weren’t any perks.
Came here twice. Rooms are super clean and decently sized. Beds are comfy and easy to pass out in!||My only negatives are the eye hole on the door feels too big (like you can see the hall lights, which you’ll notice if you stay here, but is easy to cover) and the beds are kind of low and near the floating side tables. You feel like you might hit a corner lol. It hasn’t happened yet though!||Breakfast was okay. It was a standard continental breakfast.
I had a really nice stay at this hotel, which I expected since I only tend to stay in Hilton brand hotels. The hotel is right by the 71, and I would pass it pretty often during my commute, but hadn't thought to stay until recently. The hotel itself is new and right by a shopping center with a Target, a Golden Corral and other restaurants so there are plenty of options nearby. There's a ton of parking, so I didn't have any issues finding a place to park close to the hotel. There's ample space in the dining room too, where you have breakfast. I'm pretty sure I saw a bar there too, but didn't get a chance to try it out. They have a neat little snack area where you can buy some chips and stuff if you've got a hankering. My room was really nice and clean! I had a pretty relaxing stay, and would recommend it to my friends and family. The staff at this location is really nice, and helpful, which is always a plus because I've had experiences at other hotels where it wasn't the case. It makes a big difference.
Love coming here for our conferences. They have great staff, the rooms are always clean, and if there is ever an issue, they will take care of it right away.
This hotel was nice to stay at, the add on restaurant was also nice. Per usual customer service at double tree was top notch. They appear to be renovating so some of the ceiling single didn't look the best. If they try to give you rm110, ask for anot
You get what you pay for. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Hallway had a smell of old urine. Furniture dated and worn. Rooms are noisy and you can hear everything in hallway. Housekeeping is a little loud in AM.
Amazing Open Welcome Environment of Openess, Inclusion, and Fun for kids! Awesome place to have a Birthday party, playdate, or join in for open play. Glenda is a winner as an amazing host and owner. Loved hosting a private facility rental for my son'
An absolutely amazing automotive museum! Many historic drag, salt and vintage rods. Walls covered with a treasure trove of memorabilia. Knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.
Had low expectations for this place, but I was proven wrong. The Latte De Olla was a 10/10. As someone who cannot drink dairy, Iâm happy to know they have many dairy alternatives. Small coffee shop with authentic coffee.
Went to go to this location I was close to it...I believe Tracy helped me out black girl with glasses, she was a sweetheart! Very efficient and nice great personality,my food was ready pretty quick. I appreciate her she did a great job ,dealing with t
