Hilton Garden Inn Pascagoula - Hotel in Pascagoula - 2703 Denny Ave, USA

Very nice place to stay. Pricing was reasonable. No continental breakfast but there was a restaurant inside as well as a bar to relax at. Our room was clean and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Definitely worth staying at.

We used this hotel for our high school reunion, and on the whole, it was not a good experience. The communication throughout the process was not good. We spoke to 5 different people throughout the process and received conflicting information multiple times. The final person I spoke to was very rude, quite unnecessarily. The night of the event was fine - the head event coordinator was very friendly throughout the evening. However, they took the $1,800 worth of food away an hour early without even telling us they were doing so. After the event, they charged us $186 more than what was on the contract. The following business day I called them and they said they'd give us a refund. Two hours later she called back and said she was not going to give a refund but could never clearly explain what the additional charges were for. At one point she claimed it was over Mexican Dip, but the story changed after they decided to change their mind about providing a refund. I've never received an invoice from them with the total that matches the amount we were charged. After a back and forth, I contacted the GM and left a message. She did not return my call. I called again and left an additional message, and she has not returned my call and it's been almost two weeks. I called again today and the front line employee was extremely rude and aggressive, which has mimicked my entire experience with this hotel start to finish. We brought 86 people into town and had multiple people staying the night in their rooms for this event. I stayed two nights, and the hotel is unclean - borderline gross. The beds are hard as a rock with pillows that are uncomfortable and left me with a headache. The decor is outdated and the environment is junky. Bottom line - choose a different venue for your event. I'd suggest Magnolia Ballroom - don't make the same mistake I did.

It was a decent representation of the brand. The staff was friendly and the room was decently clean and the bed was fine though not too far away from needing to be replaced. My biggest issue was the loud train horn every couple hours as it is eight across the street. If u can sleep through that noise it's a decent hotel. But if not. I'd stay elsewhere. Price was reasonable for the area. And it's close to shopping food and the main road into town. Fridge and microwave in the room and a nice fitness center and outdoor pool

Really enjoyed our stay. The hotel has a full bar and restaurant. Breakfast was nice with eggs made to order, no buffet, menu and waitress instead. Pet friendly!

Room was great! Clean and had no issues what so ever. Loved that I could use the app as my key to get into the room, very convenient. The food was good too, and reasonably priced.

Room 325 toilet flush and telephone was not working. Shower room very slippery someone can easily fall plz put some anti skid Mats in the shower. Comfort and interiors of the room very good. Location and view quite satisfying. The takeaway for lunch chicken burger no mayo or sauce added very dry.

I stay at this place often for work. My biggest complaint is that their Wi-Fi sucks. It is sometimes unusable especially at night. They often mess up my bill. I have to call them about half the time to get things fixed. For example they offer $10 food and beverage coupon but to use it you have to charge food to your room. Then they will forget to add the $10 coupon. Also it's annoying that you have to charge to the room because it makes reimbursement at pain with my work. Sometimes rooms aren't clean enough. Co-workers complain about the train that goes by at night waking them up. If it bothers you they recommend a room not facing the street.

I have been staying in hiltons for years and this is my first bad experience. Last night we stayed and around 12am we noticed the toilet wasn't working. We called downstairs and asked if we could have someone look at it, he said no. So I asked if they had a plunger again no. I said so what are we supposed to do, he said I guess you can go to the bathroom in the lobby. I told him that was unacceptable and that we wanted another room. After about an hour he called the room and told us to come get our key he would put us in another room. We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
