Really enjoyed my stay. The associate/manager maybe, Pedro really made our stay nice. They’re under renovations but the whole top floor was done and they are nice. Comfy clean beds and rooms. Would recommend.

This hotel was the selected host establishment for wedding attendees. I'm glad I didn't go by some of the negative reviews regarding this hotel. We were greeted at the desk by a very professional employee. The lobby was clean and appealing. Our room was also very clean and well decorated. My only concern was that I was told a $100 charge would be added for potential incidentals, but I was charged $166.68. The front desk staff member tried to say it was taxes until I showed her my confirmation that showed a 2-night stay total cost was $333.76 while I was given a statement for $500.64.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a wedding at the Lake Mary Event Center. While the check-in area was fairly standard, the overall experience was comfortable and safe. The property is clearly in need of a refurbishment, which I understand is planned. With some updates, this hotel could greatly enhance its appeal and guest experience.

This hotel is filthy. There is no other way to put it. Even though It is old and tired, it could be clean. But there is no cleaning going on here. This hotel is indicative of just how far the Hilton brand has fallen. The carpet is filthy dirty. The bathroom walls are gross. I wetted a towel with hot water and washed the door to the bathroom and was shocked by what came off. The door, the walls, the bathtub were all disgusting. The staff may be great and the service might be outstanding, but if no one is cleaning the property, then management doesn't care. If they don't care about cleanliness, why would anyone risk eating there....$12.50 a person just for breakfast. Do not stay here.

I am not typically the one to complain, but this hotel did not meet the typical standards I have for a Hilton location. After a long day of traveling, I made it to this hotel in the middle of the night and all I wanted to do was finally go to sleep. It was hard to even shut my eyes after noticing the dirty bathroom, toilet not installed properly and moving, what looked like black mold on the ceiling, evidence of water leaks on the ceiling (bubbling paint and wallpaper), stains on the curtains, stained filled pillows, stains on the towels, stains and dirt on the chair and just overall run down appearance. I never book anything without checking the reviews and at the time of booking they were good, but after what I noticed, I had to double check and saw the latest poor reviews. Once I saw that there was no way I was going to get a good nights sleep there. I told the staff of the issue and they were helpful but didn’t seem overall concerned. It felt like they have heard these complaints before. I ended up leaving and booking at the Home2 Suites by Hilton up the road. It was worth the extra $20 a night.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable. The on-site restaurant was convenient, and the staff was friendly. Negative: I booked this hotel because it offered to shuttle, however it does not run 24 hours and unavailable for my 7 AM flight. I had to arrange a $35 secondary ride. My restaurant meal Was pretty bad. And the shower in my room did not work properly. Negative: ""

Positive: "" Negative: Construction on the floor our room was located awoke us early in the morning each day of our stay. No shower gel in the large dispenser. Despite asking front desk, we simply had no shower gel that day. Rooms cleaned every other day was gross.
