This is a fantastic hotel. Only 5 months old. It is located very close to universal studios. It is one of the most beautiful Hilton garden lobbies that I've seen in quite some time. It appears to be a boutique hotel. The customer service is terrific, from the front desk personnel to the bartender. In addition, they have a terrific happy hour. Also, they have a terrific pool and the rooms are very comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Five stars!
This hotel is situated in proximity to The Mall at Millenia and is conveniently surrounded by various dining options. Being relatively a new hotel to this suburban area, our expectations were elevated. Upon our arrival, the short gentleman wearing glasses promptly informed us that check-in was at 3:00 p.m. and that no accommodations were available at that moment. He did not consult the computer system or inquire about our name to verify our reservation. Unfortunately, the experience declined from there, even after we managed to check in at 3:05 p.m. I was taken back by the $15.00 daily parking fee for a suburban hotel located behind an unkempt piece of land, adjacent to a luxury apartment complex. Furthermore, when we attempted to order room service, we were informed that it was unavailable due to only one staff member working and the restaurant being busy. When we requested a menu to retrieve what was provided, the provided QR Code did not link to a menu. Consequently, we went downstairs to place our order directly and see the laminated menu. The bartender appeared to lack expertise, as he mistakenly shook a drink that should have been stirred. Additionally, we encountered an issue with a dog in this new hotel; the hallways on the third floor had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a wet dog, and the owner seemed to have left the dog unattended, as it barked incessantly for approximately 20 minutes. Despite these challenges, the hotel could have easily earned a perfect rating of 5 out of 5, had it not been for the numerous issues and subpar guest service so for this visit it's a 2 out of 5.
I will never go back to this place. Franchises give the Hilton brand a bad name. It's been about a week now, and I just can't shake off the poor service! 1.) When you walk into the lobby, no one greets you, they just stare and wait for you to come to the counter. No warm welcome feeling. Employees manners appears to only check you in like a robot. Whatever you do, don't ask for anything extra or out the ordinary. 2.) The room we saved online was changed to another room. We asked why can't we get the room we reserved online, he said it wasn't ready. If it wasn't ready, why make it available online? 3.) When we arrived, we were out of soap. I called downstairs to let them know. Also, we needed extra towels. She said, I would have to come down to get the items. I went down and someone questioned me about how did we bath before I requested soap to be filled in the shower. What? It's a one night stay. 4.) When we were leaving, we just walked out; no one said, I hope you enjoyed your stay! They just stare at you. 5.) We on purpose did not leave a tip in our room. To management, please don't respond with a weak canned response. Just do better by your guests!
The location is perfect around everything. But so many issues. 15 dollar parking for what ? No complimentary water . No complimentary breakfast hotel is very basic . I arrived late i walked in to make my reservation and the room was still wrong . I specifically said 1k bed they put us in a double bed after traveling all night and carrying two trolleys with no help we were exhausted. After that they wouldn’t honor the Hilton honors rate only the best available rate when the Hilton honers rate was still available on my end I just couldn’t book it myself because it was so late . It was a stain on the shower curtain. They charged my credit card wrong fees , the door has been broken the entire stay not safe at all , the staff doesn’t care . I also had to make a claim ticket with Hilton . This hotel it self needs better staff and the quality is horrible.
It was a beautiful new hotel. Everyone was friendly. All amenities were very nice. The only downfall was there is no breakfast included, and you had to pay to park.|We had a very clean room. And it was decorated very well. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice.
A female staff member on the breakfast buffet the morning 8/22 was incredibly friendly and professional (I did not get her name). Check in staff member Aleena was also very kind, professional and accommodating while checking in and getting a parking pass. Hotel and room were both very clean and appeared brand new. Stay was nice and room and shower/bathroom were very nice. I would definitely stay here again on my travels to Orlando.
Wife and I stayed here while visiting Universal Studios earlier in August. Staff was welcoming and friendly right away waiving a early check-in fee. Room was clean. All staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to attractions. Yes there is a parking fee and deposit that is held but its all in the fine print. Standard for the area. There were no surprises. We will stay here again.
Update to hotel response- Typical scripted reply with no mention of the health department violation they served me, charged me $20 for and told me they'd refund but never did. I won't ever return to this dump. Only here for 2 nights but checked in around 1am after working and being on the road all day. Noticed the bathroom smelled like sewage backup when taking a shower. Went to inspect the bed and there was a few quarter sized spots of fresh blood on the top blanket so I had to remove that and get some rest. Obviously the room hadn't been cleaned prior to them turning it over to me. Next afternoon I ordered a burger in between jobs. Tried to bill it to the room because that's where my wallet was. They told me the room was vacant so they couldnt. I went to my vacant room and grabbed my wallet and paid. Halfway through it I tasted something off. It was a piece of plastic film shown in pic. I showed this to the manager and he said he'd take care of it. Mentioned it in the morning checking out and the front desk woman also said she'd make sure she'd get it refunded. Needless to say I paid over $20 for a plastic burger and flat coke without being refunded. For the price of this place, find better.
