Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at SeaWorld - Hotel in Orlando - 6850 Westwood Blvd, USA

Great Hotel, location is excellent and so is the breakfast. Staff was really nice. Pamela at the front desk was very helpful. Rooms are a bit dated and smell a bit musky but given that we hardly spent any time in the room, I didn't mind it. You can walk across the parking lot to SeaWorld, 10min walk, just be careful at night with traffic. Free shuttle to SeaWorld or Aquatica also available. If you can live with the dated rooms and musky smell, it's an excellent deal.

It's immediately apparent when you use the bathroom that it's an older hotel. I'm 5'9" and I had to bend awkwardly to use the shower. No continental breakfast (WTW). The pool was awesome as the temperature was wonderful! The a/c was great! Most hotels don't allow the rooms to get super cold (my favorite temp)!

Good location, near all of the parks. Probably at most like 15 minutes to Disney and Universal. Also, good location near a bunch of food options. There were a bunch of ants in the room but other than that the room was fine.

The staff were very responsive and customer orientated. At the front desk I would like to commend Kaina, very pleasant and helpful. Mariella and Deyshly in the restaurant made us feel welcome and really went well beyond the expected normal service at a hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only slight issue was the transportation to Sea World. This is a third party service not managed by the hotel. The pick-up was behind schedule and made multiple stops. The return schedule started at 4:40pm. This was too late a return on a very hot day. We ended up walking back to the hotel.

The Hilton Garden Inn at SeaWorld in Orlando is in the perfect location if you have plans to visit the park. It's only about a five minute walk from the hotel to the park entrance. And, I definitely recommend walking to avoid the crazy parking lot and traffic coming in and out of the park. I stayed in a regular double queen guest room. Although it was a bit outdated in terms of the furniture, I was delighted to find that I had a perfect view of the park from my window. The beds are also extremely comfortable. My room, along with the entire hotel, was immaculately clean. All of the staff members that I interacted with were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. The rates were so affordable, especially given the hotel's prime location. I definitely recommend The Hilton Garden Inn for your next SeaWorld adventure.

Great place to stay if visiting SeaWorld. Free shuttle to the park. Rooms are clean but can be humid. Other comments about the smelly sulfur water must have not visited Orlando before. Breakfast is not included and expensive. Clean pool. Limited dining options without driving. Good for families.

This has been a very disappointing stay so far. The room has a weird smell that my daughter describes as sewer. When I went to use the restroom, there was no hand soap and there were what appeared to be blood stains on the door, wall, and light switches. I was a little grossed out, but wiped them with water and toilet paper. Then when I went to flush the toilet, it wouldn’t flush and kept filling up. I tried calling downstairs from the room phone, but the front desk, concierge, and room service extensions all sound busy. I went downstairs and there was no one there, eventually someone appeared and I let them know about the toilet. A maintenance worker came and plunged the toilet until it slowly flushed and told me it was fine even though I told him it wasn’t flushing very strongly. At bedtime, we used the toilet and again it wouldn’t flush and just kept filling up. I tried calling all the extensions on the room phone but none work and just sound busy. I went back downstairs and again waited for the front desk person to show up and notified him that still my toilet isn’t flushing and that the room phones don’t work to call. He said he would send someone up again but that there wasn’t a different room available. That was over 30 minutes ago and no one has come to fix the toilet. I have to be up in less than 5 hours with my daughter for her competition and we don’t have a working toilet or a solution. I have been staying here regularly due to its convenience for dance competitions, but unless this is resolved, never again.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at SeaWorld, expecting a high standard of service given its association with the Hilton brand. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. From the moment I arrived, the front desk personnel were dismissive and unfriendly, which set a disappointing tone for my stay. Additionally, the digital key provided didn't work, necessitating a trip back to the front desk to obtain a hard copy key. The room itself was decent, but the cleanliness was lacking. Upon inspecting the bathroom, I found hairs on the toilet seat, which I had to clean myself. Due to the apparent lack of attentiveness from the staff, I didn't bother requesting a room change. Instead, I used my own Clorox wipes to sanitize the bathroom. Overall, I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The combination of unfriendly staff and subpar cleanliness made for an unpleasant experience. Given these issues, I would not stay at this Hilton Garden Inn again and would recommend looking at other accommodation options in the area.
