Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport - Featured Reviews (1236)
My Family and I got "stuck" by Hurricane Debby. We were to have flown out of Tampa but, no flights. We pivoted and found flights out the next day from Orlando. We booked 2 rooms at the Hilton and which we were super lucky cause the Hotel then had no occupancy. The check in process was easy and quick. Hilton does put a $50 hold on your credit card, which they inform you. When we checked out the next morning, it had been removed. Total cost was about $130 which included taxes for each room: 2 Queen beds, tub/shower combo, complimentary coffee/tea and 2 water bottles, daily. We only stayed the one night. Very clean, enough towels, crisp white sheets with comforter. Good price! The Lobby is small and does have a cocktail bar and restaurant. Hilton offered a $12 Breakfast but, the restaurant was closed in the morning. I'm guessing not enough Guests eating at the Hotel. The Hotel is located in Lee Vista Promenade which offers several restaurants, shopping and a Movie Theater. Quick trip to Orlando International Airport with complimentary shuttle service!
Hotel is nice and clean. Loved the vinyl floor instead of carpet. Staff was great. Bad things... Water pressure in the shower was lacking. Everyone looks forward to a hotels water pressure shower.. $13 breakfast buffet was lukewarm at best.
I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Orlando Airport and had a mixed experience. While the hotel’s location is fantastic, situated conveniently near the airport with great dinner options, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed, the front desk service was not as admirable. I arrived in the evening to check in and the front desk service at the time was anything but inviting, which significantly impacted my overall experience. He was condescending and made me feel as though I was not welcome when I had questions about my stay. The next day, the front desk service was absolutely incredible. Debbie was attentive, communicated effectively to her customers, and treated me with respect. She deserves a raise. She provides excellent service to truly set the tone for a great visit, i would highly recommend this hotel when Debbie is working.
The hotel let us check in early, which was nice because we had an early flight the next morning. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were nice the room was a good size as well. The temperature in the room was nice as well. The TV was a good size, not small, and not huge for the room. The WiFi internet was very slow (9.8 Mbps compared to my cell phone which had 423 Mbps) and the TV was sometimes pixilated when trying to watch one of the channels.
Beautifully updated hotel - lobby, amenities, room was exceptionally clean and comfortable - i was happy with everything except for the dining experience - which was an F in my book - it's obvious they invested in the property itself (well done!) but not the food service. They guy in the kitchen appeared to be his first time at the resort - food was horrible (and no Manager on duty) - not impressed at all!
Room was very clean and comfortable and sitting area near by the lobby is enjoyable but just one issue about the hotel the pool area and pool. Seemed like a not clean enough, there was something in the pool meaning like dirty and not hygienic. Front desk was very helpful, around 11.30-12.00 they checked-in us early.
This is the worst Hilton Garden Inn i have stayed at. It was quite dirty. The first room we were given had a horrible odor and we couldn't even enter it. THey were nice about moving us to another room, but the room was not up to the quality i'd expect. The hotel is located in a mini-hotel land, with dozens of hotels within about a square mile radius next to the airport. It had the feeling of a spring break beach hotel. They did get the wake up call done on time. |I was so surprised by the poor quality and didn't expect that at a Hilton Garden Inn.
Excellent recently renovated almost full service hotel. I say almost because although there is housekeeping, it is every-other-day and although there is an onsite restaurant and bar, no room service. Jose and his colleague at front desk were courteous and very friendly. Excellent service at the bar also with good dining and drink options Rooms are very spacious with modern appointments. A lot of the photos on here are showing the pre-renovation rooms. The rooms, lobby and public areas have all been tastefully renovated as of Aug 2024. Shuttle service is shared with a few properties so be prepared to allocate up to 30 minutes to commute to airport despite only being 10 minutes away. Overall a very positive experience.

It all starts with people. From the valets upon our arrival and who had our truck waiting on us for our 4:30 am departure. To the greetings at the front desk, the bartenders at night, and the gentleman who brought us breakfast to our room. Awesome se
