Hilton Garden Inn Olive Branch - Hotel in Olive Branch - 7890 Craft-Goodman Frontage Rd, USA

I choose this hotel mainly for location. The distribution centers I visit are around this area bordering Mississippi and Tennessee! Overall service is great. Rooms are costlier for the zip and the number of things to do or attractions here. Basically it’s because of people like me: closer to Memphis airport and lot of distribution centers. They charge a bit higher for serving breakfast ($18) and not included in the room price, not a lot of options though but just enough and nothing to complain either. They used to open fireplace room around December but didn’t this year in 2023. Walkable to many restaurants and shopping if it’s summer. I was on 4th floor and could hear people through walls all through the night, something to improve if at all they can. Shower can be hotter. I felt the water in bathroom sink was hotter than the shower :^) Decent enough gym and indoor pool. Gym could benefit a weighing scale. Overall 4 starts for responsive front desk, good cafeteria service and location.

Overall experience was great. The location of the hotel was in close proximity to stores and restaurants. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. There is not a continental breakfast but they have an all you can eat (NOT BUFFET) for $15. All you can eat includes but not limited to: Select meat Select eggs Select grains Select quick breads Select potato Also, they have a breakfast bar that includes fruit, pastries, cereal, milk and coffee. I may have left out a few things but that is all that I remember. They have a laundry unit which is nice to avoid bringing back smelly clothes. A gym, media/entertainment room and a pool. If I could make any suggestions, it would be to have the furniture in the media/entertainment room and carpet to be deep cleaned after holiday weekend stays to mitigate unwarranted smells. The media/entertainment room has a great ambiance with many seating options and a large flat screen tv. Overall amenities 4.5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I would suggest looking into the pool’s outside door to ensure it closes properly for security purposes. I didn’t have any concerns because the area appeared to be fairly safe. Security 3/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Last but not least, I had a small cup stain on the night stand. I think it was missed b/c you have to look very close. I only noticed it when I was turning off the night light before I went to bed. It is true what the said about the walls being thin from another review I saw. I could hear someone snoring 😴. I give the room 4/5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very fast trip, the hotel was great for the night. Though the website we thought aid breakfast included, it was not. The second Hilton we stayed at included a free continental breakfast this one wanted $7.99 or if you wanted anything warm it was $15.99.But it didn't take away from the hotel itself

Excellent group experience for company meeting event and wonderful room stay. Catering and event planning was given excellent amount of customer care, we look forward to our next meeting event. Property team staff is very welcoming and take great pride in their work. They stand behind their commitment and great dedication to ensuring your meeting event is successful!

Only 2 complaints reservation for Labor Day weekend, due to a water main break could not stay Friday. Had to book another hotel at 2am upon arriving from out of state until Saturday at check-in. Saturday arrives and the lady working the desk refused to let us check-in prior to 11 . We weren’t trying to physically get the room key! Many hotels will allow you to check in and accommodate your luggage until time. Considering circumstances not in our control something should have been offered to remedy the situation. Secondly the ceiling in the bathroom was warped with water damage, some black mold was present. This should have been fixed prior to check-in. No discounted services were offered. Overall the stay was comfy, the breakfast was delicious and coffee too! I would book again if I visit again.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days. The second day we were at the hotel the lady walked in and took pics of the room with telling us. Then we checked out they didn’t tell us anything. 3 days later I was checking my bank transactions and I noticed that the hotel has took 160$ from my account without notifying us, when we called the front desk the lady was very rude and she said those are for cleaning service and the manager is going to call us but he never did l. We have been stayed at many hotels but this is the first time we had to pay for a cleaning service!!!!!

In the middle of the rush of going to the airport,I leave my wallet on the room and I Am absolutely sure of this. When we get to the airport I could get in to the plane with my passport. We called to the reception at 8:30am to tell them that I leave the wallet and someone will get it for me. They told us that they will check and never called us back. When we arrived at our destination we called back at 12:30 pm and they didn’t know about the issue. 30 min after they called us that there's no wallet. Please be careful when you stay here, I’m absolutely sure my wallet was there, it had money inside.Bad experience

OMG, Ms Rasha and the crew represented very well. You see about 13 of us came in from Las Vegas my neice DOMONIC DAVIS came back to Memphis to visit her mom and see a guy aquaintance, only to become missing and found deceased. So we stayed here to attend her funeral instead of Memphis. You guys were off the chain great, kind, respectful with compassion toward our loss of life , We soThank You tremendously and **yesssss i plan to return Ms Rasha,*** my girls say, thank you for the delicious cookies!!*
