Anastasia and Beverley at the Hilton Garden Inn were great when we checked in and out. They made it very easy and they were so professional. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was so comfy and spacious. I loved the decor. I was so impressed with this hotel and my expectations were greatly exceeded. We enjoyed our stay so much and we can’t wait to visit again.

Very nice roomy hotel. I like the decor and ocean view with balcony. Nice bathroom with modern shower. Pets friendly although we had to pay an additional fee. Beds a bit softer than I used to. Last day decided to use a coffee maker. It overflowed and made a mess. Indoor pool was heated and good size. There are towels provided and big restrooms to change. Restaurant area overlooks ocean and nicely done. Breakfast was delicious 😋 Parking is free. Wifi works. Room cleaning every other day. Overall very good experience.

Very exceptional experience all the way around. We just extended our stay & would definitely consider returning in the future. Clean, updated hotel. Service is outstanding. Pet friendly. The entire place smells amazing. Plenty of cool areas to lounge around the facility. Restaurant has really good food from what we tried. 5 out of 5 stars undoubtedly.

My friend and I came over an overnight stay to just get away..let me tell you this place is beautiful and smells so good and is so clean..We checked in at the Lobby with Jorge. My friend had put the wrong date in and he was so helpful and got us into a room like we had reserved..he was Awesome! Because it was so cold we decided to have dinner at thier restaurant. Jeff was so nice and very helpful and made a drink for me with ingredients I like. He was also our server and took our order. The food was awesome but we order the roasted Brussel sprouts but they were hard to chew. No problem he took them off the bill. He was awesome. The fried chicken,risotto,steamed clams,asparagus, mashed potatoes were very good. We went back to get snacks and talked again to Jorge and he gave us our couple snacks for free. We came back in the morning and had breakfast with Larry who was taking care of us. He was so nice,funny and a hoot and very attentive. My friend had never had eggs Benedict and that is what I was ordering so she decided to give it a try. I am sorry I think her name was Jennifer and she out and was talking to us. Very nice girl..My hats off to the chef because the eggs Benedict was cooked to perfection. I wis there was away to give this Hotel a 10 star rating because they deserved it. I had read the reviews of this place before we left and the beds are comfortable, service was excellent. We got a reasonable price for our room because it is off season. I will 100% coming back to stay again..Best Hotel I have ever stayed in. Also congrats Jorge on promotion. Thanks everyone for making our stay for as little as it was so wonderful. The location of the hotel is amazing we couldn’t complain at all. Checking in they seemed to be very Fed up with there day already and or the start. We got to the hotel late around 10pm. First night went great. The second through the next 5 days not so great. Rooms not cleaned missed cleaning reused bed sheets took all our towels one day never replaced putting dirty bedding in my daughters pack and play and leaving it house keeping coming to try to clean room using google translate that we both couldn’t figure out to work. Having to text hotel for towels bedding room cleaning because they never did it or did it correctly. Mixing up our room service and telling us it’ll be 45 minute wait for them to fix it. The assistant manager was rude offered points back. A fraction of the 270,000 points I used to stay. And she told me she knows it was a fair offer etc not wanting to help any further. The hotel wasn’t worth the 220,000 points a night stay by any means I thought with that much points a night it would be an amazing stay not having to clean my on room and do people’s jobs on vacation. Truly not worth your time the Hampton inn and suites on west side is worth it not this place horrible

Hotel staff lost our ice packs (no freezer compartment in mini-fridge). The desk clerk was aware that we had to leave by 7 AM, but did not tell us that a manager would not be on duty to open the bar freezer until 8 AM. We had to leave them behind. After multiple calls, they said they were being mailed, but I still did not receive them (1 month later).

Very nice, new hotel. Renovated old Sands Hotel and opened May '23. Very nice rooms and the ocean front view is to die for. Highly recommended. Restaurant food is good, not great, and server staff needs some training. I will return and stay again.

Rooms, lobby, and common areas are beautiful and immaculate. The views rival the best in the USA! Smoking on balconies although now allowed is somehow common. DOGS BARK all day long in the halls and in rooms. Late check out wasn't offered but an option. Staff is inattentive in the restaurant area. Fitness center is ideal and pool is warm. All guest and staff will ask you questions throughout your stay which is a bit invasive.
