Hilton Garden Inn North Little Rock - Featured Reviews (1003)
Room was very clean and spacious - plenty of clean linens and towels. Nothing really to complain about with the physical space. Service was fine, too, nothing bad really comes to mind. The breakfast was extra and charged on top of the hotel stay, unfortunately, and it was not free like some of the other Hilton hotels I've stayed at. That aside, the food was really quite good, though.
The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff was efficient and friendly. I had to call the hotel after I flew back to Atlanta because I had forgotten something in the room. Justin answered my call and verified that they had found my belongings. He was so quick to help me! It's wonderful to get this kind of customer service. I'll stay there every time I'm in North Little Rock.
The "restaurant" on site is a tiny bar, definitely not a restaurant, although they do have some limited food options. We didn't eat there. Also breakfast seems pricey. We didn't eat that either. The room was nice. We did use the laundry room on the second floor and it was clean. Didn't seem like the safest area...
Might be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Let’s start with location, there is only one entrance on a very busy street so you will most likely have to drive down to a stop light. They are also under serious construction so if you are here on business you are at the mercy of the construction crew concerning parking, effectively making you stuck.
Hotel: I will break this into two categories staff and than the condition of the hotel itself. The hotel is extremely filthy. With water damage, this obviously leads to filthy carpets and than my shower head was falling apart, and my room had an ant infestation. Breakfast is not included and the staff plays music with every curse word imaginable, so bring noise canceling headphones, but with a 15 dollar price tag for breakfast it’s better to just go to an ihop, and there at least you will be served, here you still serve yourself and they expect a tip. Staff are extremely rude and expect you to have the room clean before you are expected to clean. In the middle of the workday I was called because they would refuse to clean the room unless I payed a 250 cleaning fee because of “extra services required”. I had to go back during my lunch break, took 5 minutes to straighten it up and than the grand Poobah will allow a vacuum to run and will give you new sheets.
In short the place sucks and with what you pay you should be getting much more instead you get motel hell.

Convenient location off of highway 40. But that’s about all it has going for it. Not dirty but not sparkling clean either, shower curtain stained, curtain rod loose. Window blinds torn. Carpet in room clearly worn and stained. Front desk very understaffed, have to ring bell and wait a long time for someone to come check you in.|The ‘included’ (you have to pay extra when you book the room) breakfast is a joke. |Coffee was lukewarm and bitter, the hot breakfast is not the one included in room rate (they do not tell you this at time of booking) the continental breakfast was tired looking fruit, watery oatmeal and after asking if there was bread or muffin or bagels and waiting a long time slices of soft white bread (like the cheapest white bread you can imagine) was brought out. |Very expensive for a completely bare bones hotel. Save $100 and stay at a Super 8. Same level of service and comfort.
We enjoyed our stay after a long day of travel. Comfy bed, nice pillow selection, good air conditioning. Nice room darkening shade. Nice night light (low light/unobtrusive) in the bathroom. Quiet room and far enough off major highways to be a quiet place overall. Courteous staff. We would definitely stay here again.
Room was great! Clean! Beds were very comfortable for a hotel! Probably the most comfortable I’ve slept on. The thing I loved the most was Ms. Moore at the front desk upon arrival. She was so kind and so well spoken! Very very accommodating!
Hotel was wonderful. Room was so clean and comfortable. Justin at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. Will definitely recommend and also stay again.

I loved my stay here for one night. The hotel is pet-friendly, which is great since I usually travel with my pup (you have to pay the pet fee). The hotel room was clean and tidy, and the hotel itself was also clean. This hotel chain is my favorite to
The room was very clean. The front desk clerks were friendly, and the turkey sausage at breakfast was awesome. Easy access to the freeway.
The only complaint was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy.
Ohh my gosh! This place is the ð£!! I meant to take videos and photos, but I got completely sidetracked by all of the tasty, homemade pastries and foods! I tried a strawberry and creme danish, and it was delightful and SO flaky. Best danish I've ev
