Hilton Garden Inn Norman - Hotel in Norman - 700 Copperfield Dr, USA

This was a great stay at this location. I really can't say enough good things about it. The staff was wonderful. The hot breakfast was outstanding, and it was resobablely priced. I was able to work in the lobby after i checked out for a few hours, and it was comfortable and very quiet with no problems. I just really enjoyed my stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the mini refrigerator contained a mini freezer, and that came in handy for meds and ice packs when traveling.

The room was everything you expect from a Hilton Property, quality but the staff was great! Kind, informative, easy going. This is a must stay when in Norman, you will not regret it. Breakfast was great too.

This is a beautiful hotel. The beds are super comfortable. The rooms are great. My only complaints are that the dryer wasn’t working, and even though the Hilton website we booked on said breakfast was included, they would not honor that. $12.95 for breakfast.

The room was fairly nice, but the toilet seat had been broken and glued back together, and there was a mold spot on the ceiling of the room. I should have taken pictures, but we were on a quick trip from South Texas to the Kansas City area and this was just a place to stop and sleep before continuing on. Normally, I would have talked to someone about the room at the front desk, but I've seen much worse. The room was still comfortable and we slept well. Got a good location on the third floor, so we didn't have people stomping around above us, and we were far enough away from the elevators that we didn't hear any of that noise.

At check in, the “Asst General Manager” was very rude! She was showing her other two employees that she had AUTHORITY! At dinner for our group, it wasn’t ready at the appropriate time, the chicken was so dry it is like it had been frozen and reheated (and probably was. When our group got halfway through the line, the pasta pan was empty. There were signs for cobbler but no cobbler. After eating , and most of the group was leaving, they brought more pasta. They had brought cobbler while eating but ran out of that too. Entering the lobby area the next morning, I walked by two employees, front desk clerk and the lady taking care of the front food area and neither spoke at all. The ONLY person that was friendly was the cook (I think). But this gentleman also took care of the register. |A poor experience and not typical for Hilton Garden Inn. Felt more like a Super 8 experience

This is a ghetto Hilton. No heat in the winter. Thermostat broken. Ashley at the front desk is worthless. Phone doesn’t work. No hot water. I could keep going but trust me do not stay here! I’m ashamed to be a diamond member.

The room was nice & the location was good for our trip. However, we were told there was no more towels to shower with & was offered a bath mat to dry off with. We've stayed here before & this is the first time that has happened.

I have stayed here and the Marriott and the Hilton has nicer rooms, good service and some nice seating areas in the lobby and by the pool. Breakfast is very reasonable price for what you get. Rooms very clean and bed was comfortable. It is a good choice if you are in Norman for a game or weekend.
