Hilton Garden Inn Nashville/Smyrna - Hotel in Smyrna - 2631 Highwood Blvd, USA

We had wonderful service during breakfast every day we were there. This definitely made our trip. The first day was good. The second day we noticed things looked amazing ! Everything at breakfast was easy to find, and we were greeted with a smile. Marsha made our stay amazing and my kids felt so special with the way she treated us. The first day she wasn’t there and you could tell. She took pride in what she did and she made the stay for us so personal

Nice hotel. The room I had was on the 5th floor and it was a very quiet stay. All the employees that I met were very friendly and helpful. A couple things to note. So often hotels have a free breakfast that I presume is the case in all hotels. This hotel has no free breakfast that I have seen. I did get a paid breakfast which is made to order. I got pancakes and bacon. The food was good and the bacon was crispy like I like it. You can also order food at other times of the day. I liked that in the clothes hanging area they had 3 shelves you can stack your belongings (seen in the photo with my items). One thing I didn't particularly like is the climate control settings. The fan cannot be set to stay on. I like to do that so as not to be awakened by loud rowdy hotel guests in the hall. Fortunately, there were no such guests in my case. The good thing is I found an alternative. They actually have the YouTube app on the TV. Just search for something like "rain sounds to fall asleep" and let that play all night to get some nice sleeping sound. If you don't have a problem with the things I mentioned, then I would recommend this hotel.

Not my first stay here recently but now my second visit and each time I’ve had the pleasure of being checked in by Kensley. She is one of the sweetest and most caring staff members I have met in both my experiences. Greets everyone as they come through the door and makes sure everyone is enjoying their stay. I noticed an appreciation poster by the front desk and wanted to shout her out for her incredible customer service. I hope this is seen and she is recognized for her customer service.

Helpful front desk lady and the rooms were nice. I like the vibe of the lobby with the bar and the sitting area. Makes a great place to hang out with friends before going to the rooms.

reserved a room while driving from Georgia back to Indiana. pool was down and not told it was while reserving the room even though it was the main point of us reserving there. paid for early checking was told that's not a thing. in the evening went down to their bar only to be told they're closing at 9, it was 8:30 and was posted to stay open until 10. when I spoke to any form of customer service they couldn't seem any less interested about anything going on. the morning manager was nice. won't be going back still.

Very nice rooms. Clean and quiet. All staff was great. Marcia was so awesome and attentive when I was eating the hotel Breakfast, which by the way was delicious. She made my morning, and meal very enjoyable. I appreciated her attention to detail and making sure I had absolutely everything I needed. It is hard to find individuals who display such care in their work place nowdays as Marcia did! Thank you so much. David, the evening bartender was also very nice and attentive. I have to mention that front desk staff and all housekeeping was very pleasant. I will be returning here upon my return to the area! Thank you 😊

We were there for a business trip the second time in a month and I’ve never felt more important or cared for than at this hotel. Marcia from the kitchen couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. She really is a great asset to this hotel because with service and kindness like this it’s what will keep us coming back to visit her. The other person I’d like to mention and thank is Erica the front desk person there during the day, again so nice and she knew me by name and talked to me every time I came to the front. She also was a truly sweet person and will keep us coming back. Just an FYI I travel with my service dog and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Thank you Smyrna we will be back!!!
