The Hilton Garden Inn, Nashville/Franklin/Cool Springs was the host hotel for our family reunion event. The hotel provided a wonderful experience and the staff was amazing. It was a pleasure working with Tyra (sales and event coordinator), who was very professional and attentive to the needs of the family. The entire front desk staff (Autumn, Katie, Amy and others) really took the time to make the family comfortable and assist with any hotel issues. Housekeeping played a vital role in the success of our reunion as they were timely and courteous as they maintained the rooms. The family was impressed with the breakfast personnel and their complete attention to detail with the increased number of patrons. A real big shout out to the Head Chef for his tireless efforts with providing the banquet menu and other duties as assigned. He really made our banquet an enjoyable event. As a family, we highly recommend this hotel for all of your travel needs.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at, and as a travel sports family, we have stayed at many! Super clean, friendly, helpful and plentiful staff. Beautiful pool area with a BBQ hut for guests to use. Thank you especially to Michelle (and Bradley) for rectifying the error that the sports booking group made with out reservation. The error had nothing to do with the hotel and they were pleasant and courteous while they quickly corrected the issue. Many great restaurants and bars located within walking distance. Plentiful parking right in front or parking garage located directly beside. Rooms were clean and spacious. Daily breakfast was included. Definitely recommend this property.

The Staff and amenities exceeded our expectations. We were kindly greeted by Chad as he escorted us to the front desk for our check-in. He was professional & courteous . Chad also gave us information regarding restaurants in the area.||After a 14 hr. drive from Florida, we decided to eat at the hotel. It was happy hour & the $8 burger with fries was tasty & cooked perfectly. Our bartender, Randy was friendly & mixed a great cocktail!||The hotel was crisp, clean & comfortable. The shower was exceptional with the perfect temperature & flow of water. The bed was super comfy.. |We will look forward to our return to this location!

Excellent service. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Traveled alone and felt very safe. I had a local resident stop by to visit. We enjoyed talking on the nice patio while having cocktails. From desk clerk to bartender everyone was pleasant and helpful. My room was immaculate.

Great location off I-65. Well maintained hotel. Found the price very reasonable for weekend stay. Quiet rooms. Spacious Jr. suites. Friendly service at restaurant on site for a cocktails and food. Definitely would stay again at this location.

We had a great stay. It is clean, comfy, and in a great area. The only downside is they charge $14 for a standard breakfast that you would get at any hotel. I can get a much better breakfast for around the same cost at a nice restaurant. Continental breakfast for $10 is a travesty. If you’re going to charge for breakfast, at least put more thought into it.

Although the room was clean, there were chip pieces and a bottle top between mattress and headboard. The mattress has a serious dip in the middle. That mattress should be replaced. Fine for one person but not for two. The refrigerator did not work. I asked how to get it to work and even though I "turned it on" it never worked. There were empty bottles for shampoo and Conditioner in the shower. The music in the indoor pool area was very loud and not relaxing at all. The shower and jacuzzi were both very clean and hot water was indeed hot. I was not impressed and will not be staying at there again. Paying more to stay at a Hilton should not have that many issues with the room.

Our soccer team from St. Louis traveled to the Nashville area for a soccer tournament over the weekend. We stayed 2 nights here and it was a fantastic trip. The area around the hotel was very nice and the hotel accommodations were great, but the people / team at the hotel made the experience just so enjoyable. Particularly Autumn, who was so very pleasant with all of our questions and needs. We had several kids swimming in the pool one evening and we took up all of the towels. All of the sudden there was Autumn with a stack of fresh towels and a smile for all the kids. It can be challenging to handle large groups of people with all kinds of requests, questions and needs, but Autumn and her team did so with a smile on their face. So thanks for making our trip so nice, when we come back to the Nashville / Franklin area, we will definitely stay at this Hilton Garden Inn!
