Edit: the number Hilton told me in their response to this review to contact for support IS the number I spent the better part of a day calling. We eventually checked into the hotel, and ended up having to switch rooms the next day because our room reeked of mildew and the carpet was damp throughout. Also was lacking a place to fill a water bottle-the gentleman at the desk our first night recommended we fill them in our room's shower. Found out later there is definitely a drinking fountain in the lobby and he was just lying to us for some reason? Otherwise the in-person staff was kind, everything else was a nightmare. Wouldn't stay here again. Original review 8/30/24: Have been bounced around the phone tree for literally hours trying just to contact the front desk to ask about early check in. Every time the hilton phone center tries to transfer me i'll sit on hold for 30 minutes and they'll say oh sorry the front desk isnt answering, try calling back in a little while. No direct number to the front desk is available. When you call back in an hour you can expect the exact same song and dance. If you press 0 for operator, you just get bounced back to the beginning of the phone tree again. If you have a question for the hotel, not just the Hilton call center, you're out of luck.

I've stayed at this hotel in the past, but it seems to have gone downhill. From a front desk clerk who couldn't make change for a $20 after a purchase, to missing towels in the bathroom and a used towel on the shower bar upon entry, a large bag of trash left in the room after a cleaning to the final straw of discovering blood stained comforter and then sheets and a made bed that wasn't really made. I never got the impression the front desk cared about my concerns.

From check in to check out was a great experience! The lobby is beautiful and inviting. The staff was always helpful and kind. The room and hallways were very clean and breakfast was amazing, great French toast! The pool had enough chairs and towels although the edge of the pool wall was a little dirty. Overall a great stay.

I was visiting for work. I stayed for a few days. They food was great, the bar, service and selection were great. The entire staff was extremely accommodating. I walked to nail salon, Target, and would have walked to Starbucks too, but my colleague gave me a lift. Extremely convenient location. I LOVE the fireplace in the lobby. I truly enjoyed my visit and will return in the future. The conference room was a little warm but it could have just been me.

I stayed at this hotel for three days on business as well I have reserved the conference space at this hotel for two days meeting. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The accommodation was clean, and the bed and pillows were cozy. The personnel was helpful, and the buffet breakfast was adequate. There are plenty of free parking spots to pick from, a convenient position adjacent to a retail centre and various eateries. July 12th Based on my prior experience, I planned to stay at this hotel for sixteen nights. I had some housekeeping concerns and presented them to General Manager Sedina Pivac. She went above and beyond to ensure that the concerns were resolved as soon as possible, and there were no issues during my complete stay. This demonstrates that the administration takes it seriously to ensure that the customers are completely satisfied and have no problems during their stay.

Terrible service, Nora at the front desk was extremely rude. Was trying to work through a reservation issue, received….”I don’t know, I can’t help you” when trying to change a reservation. Put on hold endlessly. Terrible, will never stay with Hilton again. Spend your money someplace else where it may be appreciated. Would give no stars if possible.

There were a lot of bad reviews in the areas of Aurora, Yorkville, Naperville, and Warrenville. This hotel had mostly favorable reviews so we stayed here for a night. We had a good experience, everything was nice enough and was clean. The area around the hotel is nice and is in walking distance to food/drinks.

Quiet area. Honey Berry restaurant was a walk away and great. I think we had a room that had a dog in it. I had to buy fabreeze and baking soda just to make it through the smell, musty.
