Hilton Garden Inn Melville - Hotel in Plainview - 1575 Round Swamp Rd, USA

We stayed here for my little brother's wedding. They got married at a different place but used this as the hotel for everyone to stay at. Right from walking into the hotel I knew it was going to be a good stay. We were greeted with hot, tasty apple cider. We checked in and even though I had activated the digital key we received a physical one. I recommend getting one regardless because I had constant issues with the digital key. The room was incredibly clean and the beds were nice. Though I wish there had been pen and paper. Our kids adored the pool, they spent hours in it and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Also want to say thank you to the front desk for always being so kind. The fitness center is fantastic. Clean with plenty of options and hot water for my tea.

Fourth time staying here this past weekend since moving off the Island in 2020. Consistently a quality hotel. Clean rooms, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and located in an area that makes it easy to get on the expressway and get to where you are going east or west. I like using the digital key when staying at hiltons but this time it wouldn’t work for me, even with three trips to desk to remedy. Certainly not the end of the world as the card key works fine. Next trip to the Island will bring me back to this hotel.

We recently blocked 30 rooms for my daughter's wedding and had the absolute pleasure of working with Rosemarie, the Sales Manager, to guide us through the process. Having never blocked rooms before, Rosemarie's knowledge and patience with all my questions was second to none. She was always so fast to reply to my calls or emails. She arranged to kept the hotel bar open late for our guests to continue the party after the wedding. The hotel was great - so accommodating, nice and clean. The front desk handed out all the guest welcome bags and they took care of any minor issues immediately. Everything was perfect! We also hosted a breakfast the morning after the wedding in a private room. The food and service were awesome! Thank you to Rosemarie and the Staff! I would wholeheartedly recommend this HGI!

This is a very nice hotel. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the bathroom walls really should be wiped down and because the pillows suck. The beds are great, and they even give you a body pillow! I was really pleased with their free breakfast. There was an egg/omelet station, baked goods, fresh fruit, cereal, and more. They have a little convenience store area that has water, fruit, candy, frozen meals and more. There is a nice courtyard area with furniture and they are a wedding reception venue.

I needed a last minute block for a wedding and Rosemarie was so accommodating. She made the process very easy and is so responsive! All my guests were happy and the staff at the hotel made the stay that much more enjoyable. highly recommend

I just wanted to take the time to thank Rosemarie and the whole Garden Inn Melville team for all of their assistance with my daughters wedding block. From the planning to check-in to the extra hours at the lounge everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable and having the microwave and fridge just such a plus. Everyone enjoyed the crab and go selection as well as the breakfast options.||All in all - just perfect from start to finish.

I have been coming to the HGI-Melville for several years as a home away from home. I recall staying before, during, and post Covid and only the best service is all they know. I am certainly missing some of the old faces who have gone onto other roles in other places and there are new faces delivering the same super service such as Miguel, Yazmine, Jalil along with the best peeps such as Mercedes, Kelly, Tim, Amir, Debbie, Deidre, Tom, Anna, Gertie, Rosemarie, Tom, Constantine, Gurnee, Travis, and Oscar. The rooms are great and very appreciated of the renovated rooms as I do recall when those rooms were renovated from what they were so a welcoming experience with new comfortable beds, comfy chairs, and useful desk with a large screen tv. A mini fridge and microwave is also in all rooms for your convenience. The bathroom has ample towels, Neutrogena products, super water pressure and wall attached shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The bar is great and the food is super tasty and made to your wishes. The breakfast is super too in a relaxed atmosphere. HGI-Melville keep doing what you're doing and the expected service keep doing. When I return, I feel welcomed not even as a Diamond member but more like a family member it's a super feeling. We used this as our hotel for our guests to stay at our wedding and could not be happier. Rosemarie was one of the most helpful people we ever worked with she was quick and accommodating with all the requests we needed. We would 100% recommend using this hotel for your wedding. Just be sure to do everything early because it fills up fast there were multiple other weddings who used this hotel as well.
