Hilton Garden Inn Medford - Hotel in Medford - 1000 Welcome Way, USA

Really disappointed in my stay here. I was in town for a concert with a friend, and drove 5 hours each way. I tried the digital key feature - here's the problem. It only works on your room door, not on the exterior doors. It was 99 degrees when I arrived, and I parked on one side of the hotel, and then had to make 2 trips from my car up to my room on the 3rd floor, through the front doors. Just get a key card from the front desk you say? Well, I would have if the line weren't 10 people deep upon arrival. The elevator was BOILING hot, and on my second trip up, I shared the ride with 2 other guests & an employee, who said " wow, it's really hot in here" and then laughed. My room looked clean upon arrival , but when I set my purse down next to the television , I saw the greasy finger prints on the surfaces next to it. Lighting was poor, especially the lights by the bed. I had to shower quickly so I could make our dinner plans, and halfway through my shower I looked up and found black hair on the shower wall. Upon getting out, I noticed the corners of the bathroom floor were very dirty, like someone mopped and left debris in each corner. Water pressure in the shower was very poor- I felt like I was being spit on. It was obviously a hotel wide issue, as I had to double flush the toilet after every use. Barn door on bathroom was warped and wouldn't stay closed. Room was " scratch & dent," definitely not what I expected of a Hilton hotel, and not worth the price charged.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Medford, California, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service provided was impeccable, with a team of friendly and attentive staff members who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The pool area was well-maintained and offered a refreshing escape from the California heat. My kids particularly enjoyed spending time here, splashing around and having fun.One of the highlights of our stay was dining at the hotel's Italian restaurant. The ambiance was charming, with a cozy atmosphere and elegant décor. The food surpassed our expectations, with a delectable selection of pasta dishes and other Italian specialties. Whether we opted for the buffet breakfast or ordered from the à la carte menu, every meal was a culinary delight.Overall, I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience at this hotel in Medford. From the excellent service and friendly staff to the delicious food and clean facilities, it exceeded all of my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. In addition to the outstanding service and amenities, I want to highlight the thoughtful accommodation provided by the hotel. As a family of six, we often require two connected rooms for our stay, which can sometimes be challenging to arrange, especially during busy times. However, the hotel staff seamlessly accommodated our request, ensuring that we had connected rooms for our comfort and convenience. This attention to detail truly enhanced our experience and further exemplified the excellent service provided by the hotel.

Clean. Friendly. So many accommodations. The kindness and upkeep went above and beyond, like wow! I really can not thank this hotel enough for being above expectations. All staff from front desk, cleaning, pool, bar, restaurants, all! Reassuring the world can be this way and function. Came w a huge sports group and all Left so happy and more

Unfortunately most the time here,I've been doing more waiting,that the waiters! Didn't have the entrees that I tried to spend $100 on. The rest of the place is real nice,and they should spend that money they are over charging on some employees!

Scandinavian design gone to an extreme. No drawers in the room. No safe, either. Lighting so poor, can't even see where you left your things. My wife says no woman wants to leave her things in a basket for anyone to see. Neither do I, for that matter.||On the positive side, the lobby, restaurant, and common areas are lovely. Attended my sister-in-law's birthday celebration in one of their meeting rooms, and the hotel event staff did a wonderful job.

Very nice room, comfortable bed but wish we could have had a king, quiet. Great restaurant downstairs, you don't even have to go out for dinner.

The equality you would expect from a Hilton Garden; the rooms are clean and nice, the lounge is modern with a good restaurant, and the staff is friendly. The location is great for travelers but not really within walking distance of any activities or many restaurants.

I booked the room but did not stay here. I broke the room through their website and wound up having an emergency. And because this was something called advanced Booking. I am not able to change the date of my stay and have lost the money. How are you supposed to book a room but advance book a room? Hilton has lost me as a company and I used to use them almost exclusively.
