I had a great time at this hotel. I slept so well on the mattress, I’m looking into getting one for home. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby was cute and comfortable. Parking was easy, and the location was fantastic. We got to walk to the water and the great farmers market. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Had an absolutely incredible time! The hotel is neat and well appointed, the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating, the location is a dream, the beds are comfy, the bathrooms are spacious and clean, and we really enjoyed using the common areas like the beautiful lobby, the restaurant/bar, and the outdoor fire pits and pool. Can’t say enough good things! We will definitely be back

Very clean and spacious rooms. Rosalinda did an excellent job in the rooms. Enjoyed the day at the pool and jacuzzi with the family. Dinner was delicious. Had the Marina Burger. My at the front desk was very hospitable and entertaining. Hope to be back soon.

The room was spacious and clean. We had a room by the pool but no noise and vaulted ceilings which made it feel spacious. We had local family come and visit and they were able to park with ease. We walked to Venice beach in about 15 minutes. Great stay! Pool was busy during the weekend but one of the days it was just us swimming.

My deposit has not been refunded for over three weeks. When I contacted the hotel, they finally informed me that I was charged $500 for a TV that I did not damage, and they only sent me a single photo as evidence. How is this supposed to prove that I damaged the TV? I had used the TV until just before checking out, and I only turned it off with the remote. How could I have possibly broken it? Despite sending multiple emails to the hotel, I received no response or communication. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I am very disappointed with the lack of resolution and customer service. In the future, anyone staying at this hotel should take a video of the room’s condition before checking out. I now regret not having taken such evidence to prove that I left the room in good condition. I will definitely be documenting the condition of the room in the future.

What an excellent customer service!!! We were greeted with Tuaveveya after hours and it was my son's Birthday. She was soooo sweet!!! Ran to get him a slice of a cake and was super awesome! All staff were super friendly, walking and greeting you in hallways or at front desk. Very very clean and comfortable rooms with all the conveniences. Pool had plenty of towels.

Exceptional staff—friendly and accommodating. Kat at the front desk was above and beyond. Bungalow room was a nice change from the sterility of sameness re hotel rooms. Spacious and comfortable. Convenient location for walks/meals. Reasonably priced for the area.

Staff, location, and rooms were great. There was a slight hiccup with the room that we booked (previous guests damaged it). Staff upgraded us to a bungalow room that was the perfect spot for our trip. Pool was great and parking was easy. Garage height is short so watch out if you have an SUV.
