Hilton Garden Inn Longmont - Hotel in Longmont - 470 S Martin St, USA

In Longmont for work and for the price I paid per night ($200+) I got a non functioning “smart TV”. Spoke with staff at the front and couldn’t really assist much to reach a resolution (not that it is her fault) but they should have some maintenance staff around. I feel that’s a very very bare minimum amenity for room… I’d be better off going to a motel 8 instead. Will be avoiding this branch when coming back out.

I used a booking website to get a room the day of my stay. The booking site overbooked the hotel unfortunately so I didn't have a room. Gladys was the best and went above and beyond to help me find a hotel down the street from the Hilton Garden Inn and correct the situation. She was very courteous, patient, and I am really thankful she helped me.

-Whoever designed bathrooms with zero privacy, sliding glass doors needs a new career. They should have just left the door off because you can hear everything anyway, plus if you open or close it in the middle of the night it’s loud enough to wake up other guests in the room with the clanging glass. It’s unfortunate, because otherwise the room is thoughtfully designed. Fine for a solo traveler, but extremely uncomfortable with 4 guests in a room -Room (and hotel) are immaculately clean -Laundry is out of service (I just read in other reviews that this isn’t the first time). The very professional and friendly receptionist told us that it should be available in a few days which I hope is true since we’re here for 6 nights.

I stayed here for business for 4 days. Great service. Extremely quiet area. Food is excellent, bar prices are a little steep. They are SEVERAL eateries around this area with all different types of food. I'll definitely stay here again. The biggest downside was the pool was NOT heated, and there was no hot tub.

Positive: Marvelous young woman at check in--intelligent, efficient, and friendly. Great location. Quiet room. Very puzzling why there was no hot water for morning showers. Negative: No hot water the morning after our evening check in.

Front desk lady is very racist. Worst experience with any hotel. She was nice to everyone else but very rude and unprofessional with me. I told her she needs to be more professional and she rolled her eyes at me and said please in that entitled way. Will never stay here again. Such a beautiful hotel too.

It's a clean, normal three star Hilton Garden Inn. However, it has Gladys... Gladys is a saint, give her a raise, she makes this a five star hotel.

Upon checking in, the staff member was highly uneducated giving us 0 information regarding our room and providing the wrong information in terms of breakfast times and amenities. They only gave us one key card for our room between the 3 of us so we went downstairs and asked another to be issued and they gave us one but it didn’t work so we had to go back downstairs to have it fixed. Finally the breakfast, I have stayed at several other hiltons including Home2 and Tru and both provide complimentary breakfast to their guests so not sure why this hilton chooses not to. Additionally the rooms are not in the best conditions we had several blinking lights, a horrible shower head, and the furniture is very lacking almost like a Tru.
