Hilton Garden Inn Little Rock Downtown - Hotel in Little Rock - 322 Rock St, USA

We found this Hilton to be conveniently located and walking distance to almost everywhere. The rooms are a great price. The gym and pool aren't terribly exciting, but they are certainly adequate and clean. The rooftop bar/restaurant was a fun way to end our visit.

I usually stay here for my business trips never have any issues. Sometimes the rooms very. Sometimes they are extremely clean and sometimes they are musty and I’ll find trash in the corner or something. But overall the hotel is not terrible for the price and having your car parked in gated part makes me feel safe.

I book the hotel because I stayed HGI in Anaheim and this was closest to Hospital so J could be close to father who was passing. As I stayed, I realized we had people coming and going through elevators no security. The roof top bar is open to anyone. On Saturday they have music blasting till midnight. The service was horrible and when I talked to manger Victor, he did not care he argued with spoke down to me. The manager even knows why was there and couldn't care less no caption. I let him know I book a hotel not a bar and he went off on me. When you I checked out, I had 5 overnight parking charges on three-night stay and one of the nights I stayed at the hospital not the hotel car was at the hospital. Victor said he need to verify and agued with me again spoke down even with Hiton on the line. Hilton got Victor off the phone and apologized. So, stay if you want bad service, no Secuity, weird charges, and manager who does not care about his customers.

I stayed here for two nights. While the room was very clean, my experience with the front desk receptionist, Charles, who worked the morning shift, was disappointing. When I asked for a ride to the airport using the shuttle service I had signed up for the night before, Charles was extremely rude. He belittled me and another guest, and was unhelpful when we were unsure that we needed to ask valet for assistance. The valet person was not at the front; he was busy with other cars for guests, which added to the confusion. Charles essentially told us to "figure it out" with no real guidance. Additionally, the rooftop bar charges a 20% gratuity even for a single person, which I found excessive. Overall terrible customer service!!!

Lasandra Harris best shuttle driver around! From overnights, super funny, personable, and amazing all around! Drove us around at 4:00am to the gas station to get some coffee! Her attitude was great, especially for someone having to get up so early lol

Decent location. Clean rooms and comfortable beds/pillows. Paid for valet to park my car at a rate of nearly $30 including tax. The following is a list of lies I was told by the valet service company, PMC: 1. Just respond to the text you received to ask for your car. It will be available within 10 minutes. I arrive 15-20 minutes after the request was made. No one was there and neither was my car. 2. An employee arrived within a few minutes in another vehicle. I asked him about my car. He said my keys were missing but he has been looking for them the whole time since I made the request to get my car. How could he have been looking the whole time, if he had just stepped out of another car? 3. I told him he has left my car unsecured all night. He said that wasn’t possible because he checked and the car was locked. My keys are missing, how can you confirm that the car has been locked that whole time? 4. The guy said that the keys were verified so he didn’t know how they could be missing. It’s not possible to have confirmed the keys were there, if they were not there. This means that their employees are falsifying information to verify the security of their customer’s property. 5. I spoke with the regional manager. He asked what could be done to rectify the situation. I told him he needed to pay in full for the replacement cost of all my keys/locks as well as anything that was missing from my car, which I would review when I arrived at my house. He said if I left, he would not replace missing items. So lie number 5 was that he claimed he wanted to rectify the problem, but refused to pay for any potential theft. I went to the front desk of the Hilton to demand that valet service be removed from my charges. The agent went to a drawer and pulled out my keys?!?! Why would the front desk have my keys in an unlocked drawer?! To make matters worse, they texted me to ask for a tip?! Won’t be staying here again. I expect at least basic security for what was a $250/night hotel room when I included dog fee and valet charges.

Clean and neat rooms. Perfect location from downtown which was walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and breakfast was available but not included. They also provide valet parking. The only issue was that they had an elevator out of service which did cause a bit of delay to use.

What was good....the hotel and room were clean. The desk staff was friendly. Location was ok...you could walk to several pretty decent restaurants. The roof top bar was ok. It was a little too windy and chilly to sit outside but the "inside" seating was good. The waitstaff....average. Food is basically bar food so don't go there with the expectation of an extensive menu. The food was pretty good as far as bar food goes. Beer selection was pretty good. Water pressure was good and temp control was easy/accurate. The hotel was quiet even on the lower floors. Check in and check out were easy and they have an airport shuttle. Room had an iron and ironing board, microwave, and coffee maker. The lobby had a pretty good supply of rescue munchies once it was restocked. The bed was comfortable and bedding was standard. The hotel had a pretty decent gym for a hotel gym. There was a pool and it was used a fair amount by families.||What could be better....paid parking (valet)....should offer free self parking options. I would expand the roof top bar menu for more substantial options. Breakfast was available but for a cost.....should be included.
