I had an amazing time! There was one night (Friday Jan 12th) where one man was working the bar and serving area solo and he was amazing! Still super attentive and so nice! :) overall amazing stay, great pool, awesome hot tub, and friendly staff. There was another point in time my key card stopped working and I called the front desk, they immediately said they would meet me in 2 minutes at my room door (on the 3rd floor!) with a new key. He did exactly that within exactly 2 minutes. He was amazing!
I was able to spend one night in January and it was a little cold in Lincoln. Overall the hotel was not that exciting. The front desk was not very friendly and was kind of a turn off. The parking was $19 a day which seemed a little high and then after you park you have to walk through a different hotel to get to your room. Kind of a pain. If you have an Uber I say this would be a good place to stay. Rooms were noise and cramped I don’t know if I will stay here again if I have to go back to Lincoln.
Showers do not need special training to operate. MANY restaurants within walking distance. We visited in the winter with snow, and having the car by the hotel with a walkway was great. Has a whirlpool/hot tub!!
This place is a mess spend your money somewhere else. The staff is rude. The restaurant and bar were supposed to be open at 5 and never was. Not only was my room $160 parking was $20 and there's a random fee of $35 on my card. And the walls are paper thin

We arrived at 2:30am and received a quick & welcoming reception ( unfortunately I don’t remember his name). We went to our room - clean & comfortable- slept well & enjoyed a good breakfast in the morning. April & Robert served us well at breakfast. Matt at the front desk for checkout was also helpful & friendly. It was a short but very nice stay.
How best to describe this in a short version: check out the photos. Great location, great staff and service and people taking care of guests, great amenities, rooms clean, views are great on either side of the hotel. It’s a great place to stay- just what you expect from Hilton.
Heart of the city affordable. Easy walk to shops, restaurants and arena. Higher quality than usual HGI. recommend for first time visitors or regulars. Parking was only bummer at $19 self park. But high quality and awesome location in The heart of Lincoln
