I am not much for writing reviews, but when I have experience amazing services I like to recognize a job well done. We were in Chicago for a graduation and we spend a lot of time at the hotel. Carolina the bartender was amazing, she was friendly, polite and went out of her way to accommodate our especial requests. She made us feel comfortable and gave us great recommendations for getting around the area. Carolina was very attentive, hard worker, happy and overall provided us with an extraordinary experience. Thank you Carolina and continue to enjoy your job.

Our family all came into town for a 100th birthday party! We had such a nice stay. The staff was so welcoming and nice. Our family took over the lobby dining area in the morning, and Nikki made us feel so at home. In fact, she made our whole day. Stay here if you want to be treated like family.

The place is dirty. We stayed 2 nights and saw the same pile of powder on the hallway carpet and same particles on the elevator carpet for 2-1/2 days. I asked for towels and they took the used ones but didn’t replace them. The staff was nice enough but didn’t go above and beyond. There is a cool trail for dog walking. Breakfast was $18.95 and good.

I visited the hotel for a work event. The hotel provided breakfast and lunch. Miriam and Miguel went above and beyond to help. They were able to accommodate vegan, gluten free, and dairy free options. The hotel was very clean and staff were always present cleaning. Additionally, everyone was so friendly and helpful.

This was just a little get away for my anniversary. The staff was excellent. Can't say enough about the young lady that checked us in. Super nice. Great attitude. We even had dinner there. Wait staff very attentive. Food was excellent. And the drinks on point. Rooms super clean. Just be careful if you a little on the short side when getting out of the tub after a shower.

I am so impressed by the level of service provided by both Miriam and Miguel. They are so accommodating, professional and friendly. I was here for a business conference and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, well organized business function. The hotel is clean and the food is amazing.

I was in town for a workshop and stayed 3 nights. While there were multiple soccer teams staying there too, you wouldn't have known it except for the sinage welcoming them. Greg at the front desk was kind and well spoken! Nikki at the breakfast was the sweetest ever! The customer service was more than 5 star worthy. The rooms were clean every day (not common these days to have daily cleanings) and fresh towels were refreshing. The snack bar was stocked well and easy to purchase. If I'm ever in town again Id look into this location again. 5 starts aren't given lightly by me either... I'm a pretty picky person when it comes to ACTUAL customer service.. and this place had it all.
