Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro - Hotel in Jonesboro - 2840 S Caraway Rd, USA

You hear about southern hospitality all of the time but I’ve never truly experienced it like I did for a 1-night stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro. Upon using the app to book two adjoining rooms, I was having issues. I called the hotel directly and Daniel answered. Not only was Daniel friendly and accommodating, his demeanor was pure and welcoming. My husband (hearing Daniel on speakerphone) was even impressed by how friendly and helpful he was. Once we arrived, Steve was the associate that checked us in and was also very helpful and friendly. It started to feel a bit twilight-zone-ish because we just aren’t used to such high spirits when traveling so far from home. This morning when heading out, there was a girl at the front desk. The woman this morning matched the pleasant service we received the evening before. She asked how our night was and wished us safe travels. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and clean. Sure they could probably use an update here and there but if you aren’t looking for issues, you wouldn’t notice them. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to have such sweet, enjoyable customer service as we experienced at Hilton Garden Inn Jonesboro. Thank you Daniel, Steve, and the woman this morning for showing us true Southern Hospitality.

My husband and I stayed here the night of a concert at First National Bank Arena and were so impressed by this hotel and staff. Firstly, the hotel is in a great location close to the arena and town. Secondly, it is very clean and well-maintained. And thirdly and most importantly, the staff is phenomenal! Sharon, Daniel, and Michael went above and beyond to make our stay both enjoyable and comfortable. Sharon's outstanding service on the telephone when we were booking convinced us to stay at this hotel and the phenomenal service after arrival ensured we will always choose this hotel when staying in Jonesboro. This is my second time coming to this location and it's been a great time the second time around, as well. I went during thanksgiving weekend so there was no staff there besides front desk because of the holiday, but maintenance and front desk was very accommodating and gave us extra towels/bags up front on request along with full sized bottles of water for free. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. HGI is my go to hotel any time I'm in the area. Thanks again!

The hotel here was very nice and pet friendly which is a plus. The room was clean and spacious. The location is easy to get to from the highway and in an area with lots of restaurants. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. They charge for a breakfast that looks the same as their brand hotels that offer a free breakfast. I feel like the only thing you were paying for was the fancy dining room and real plates and silverware. Overall I would stay here again.

Very nice place to stay check-in was easy! Breakfast was delicious, and ladies were super kind, and they smiled when talking to you. I have great experience, and we highly recommend you visit when in Jonesboro Arkansas .

No complaints here! Comfy room, black out curtains, clean, well lit restroom. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

The hotel is great. The only reson I am writing this is because it has been 5 days since I checked out and still did not get my $100 deposit back. It can take up to 30 days. Should be illegal. They are getting interest off your money.

Positive: Saturday night 4 times my door to my room was opened and when I asked who it was they closed the door without saying anything. The first time the door was opened I was asked if I ordered towels. Which I did not. I stayed in my room all day Saturday. Negative: There is rust in the tub and behind the commode on the floor. There was a black man and white woman walking around on the NE parking lot begging for money. I called the front desk for over an hour with no answer to report the problem. I gave them no money
