This place was everything I needed. This whole trip was extra last minute due to my dad being put in the hospital. The staff was amazingly accommodating and worked with our ever changing schedule (every day we told we would be needing to stay longer). Not only was the room everything we needed, the staff checked in on my family. Great personal touch. I could not have picked a better place to stay. Comfort was great, price was great, staff was great. So grateful for their kindness throughout.

This hotel is amazing 5 stars all the way! The manager Chris runs a tight ship and is very efficient at his job. They were extremely helpful and kind. Room super clean can’t ask for a better experience ! Don’t think twice about staying here. The restaurant is amazing as well.

Loved this hotel. I stayed in a deluxe king room. Awesome room setup with large desk area and bed facing the window. Nice closet area with shelves and drawers. Roomy bathroom. Nice restaurant downstairs. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.

Did not spend the night here but had a meeting here. The meeting room was really nice and clean. The breakfast pastries was really good. The lobby looked really clean along with the restrooms. I would probably recommend staying here if I had a reason to be in that area. But I would not be in that area so probably would not ever stay. But rhe facilities looked really nice and clean and from what I seen i would definitely recommend this place. Not a huge fan of how to get to the hotel. That was horrible. Other than that it's nice.

The hotel staff were fantastic! This includes the restaurant, bar, food, and kitchen staff were all fantastic too! I highly recommend this new hotel!! The restaurant has a full menu with a good selection! Also the hotel is beautiful and modern!

Our company hosted a hiring event in this hotel on 6/13/24 and had a great experience. Courtney was great in getting us scheduled. Our out of town employees had a wonderful overnight stay in a very comfortable room. Courtney checked in on us several times to see if we needed anything which was appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling through Jeffersonville Indiana.

I stay at this property often for business travel. The employees are helpful, Very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to this area for business or leisure.

I was just there for a week for work. Room was clean and comfortable. Loved the Keurig in the room. Housekeeping comes every other day which is fine with me. Did not go to Fizzy’s so know idea about it. Staff was very nice. O Ky bad part was I kept finding gnats in my room.
