Hilton Garden Inn Jackson Pearl - Featured Reviews (635)
Floors were slippery in tiled areas, even dry. 2 TVs but only 1 remote. Breakfast was a bit pricy for the same items that you would normally get complimentary. However, the room was clean and comfortable and very dog friendly. For a one night stay, it met our needs well.
Old hotel definitely needs upgraded. Freeway outside window- NOISE! Pilots etc here guess corporate pays breakfast?!? Everything, breakfast included a CHARGE! Really? In general, a real disappointment after a 10 hour drive! Patio area just gross! 🤮
This place saved our trip to the area. After going to three different nasty hotels around here, we finally found this place. It is clean, they have a nice clean pool, and the lady at the counter was really nice. We were quite relieved to have found it.
We stayed in 3 Hilton hotels on our last trip. A Hampton Inn in Jackson Tn. Hilton Biltmore in Asheville and this Garden Inn in Pearl, Ms. The hotel in Asheville was great. This hotel was well past its prime. We’ve stayed here several times over many years but this will be our last time. The place was nearly empty yet we were given a room literally 20 feet off the interstate and listened to trucks all night long. Hall carpets were disgustingly soiled. In some places holes had been cut out of the carpets. Some ceiling light fixtures didn’t work, some blinked like strob lights. Check in staff not friendly, though the lady who checked us out the next morning was.
There’s a trend here. As Hilton Honors members for more than30 years we have noticed that many of there hotels are not being updated and are just plain dumpy.
I wish I would have read the reviews, prior to booking. The hotel needs to really work on the highway noise. It’s not just noticeable, it’s loud. The body soap was out in the shower, and from other posts this seems to be a common occurrence. Snack options at the front desk were very limited. Needs to be better stocked. Front desk was friendly. Room was clean.
Check in staff friendly and competent.
No liquid soap in shower.
Went to the hotel bar about 9pm for a drink.
They were out of wine, Gin and tonic water.
Felt like having a candy bar but they were out.
Many hotels in immediate area.
Skip this Hilton Garden Inn.
We were traveling through MS and made a reservation at 5:07pm. Realized we made a mistake in our location and tried to call the hotel direct multiple times to see if we could cancel. The phone would ring 5 times and then go silent. Not sure if they had phone issues, so we called the reservation line. They did get a hold of someone at the front desk and we were told we couldn't cancel reservation (despite only being a few minutes ago). They told us a manage would back in in the morning and we could ask for a credit then. Not willing to pay for two hotels, we re-routed to this hotel.
Upon arrival, we confirmed the number we had was correct and that the manager leaves at 3pm... So there are no managers onsite to greet their guest nor address any issues? Must be a great place to work! My issue was self-inflicted, but most hotels are pretty cool about allowing me to cancel... as long as I didn't impact other customers (being booked, etc). Just that they refused to try to contact a manager, and there wasn't anyone onsite to make that decision makes me feel they aren't customer centric.
We were given a room facing the highway, and like many other comments - the road noise was absolutely horrible.
We stayed here in April 2023 and were very disappointed with this hotel. We have stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns and this was the worst. The traffic noise from I-20 was so loud that you could not possibly sleep. I did check in using the mobile app and picked a room on the non-freeway side. When I arrived I was told I could not have that room nor any other room on the non-freeway side as those rooms are reserved for the Air Crew from the airlines. WHAT? Then don't let me pick a room. As an Honor's Member, I am sooo disappointed If I had known that I would not have stayed at this hotel. BE WARNED!!! You will not get any sleep at this hotel.
Great location but you wonât hold a wedding reception here. As a Marriott Titanium Elite Member it is a good hotel for an overnight stay anytime. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of locations to eat and very close to the I-20/I-5
We normally don't stay with HI but ended up here. It was a great visit, Sydney at the front desk was SUPER. She was like our own concierge person. We will definitely stay here again.
Shower of the Gods
I find myself in MS quite a bit and had never stayed here before. The service was great, the breakfast was well organized, clean and sufficient. The location wasnât great for what I needed and I wouldâve stayed at the downtown
I stayed at the la Quinta in Pearl Mississippi on two separate nights during my vacation. Once on my way west on my trip to Texas and then on my way home and my return trip to Alabama. The first day was made pleasant because it was late at night when
The staff made you feel welcome and at home.. Rooms were nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was very reasonable. They had a nice selection for the complimentary breakfast. We will choose Sleep Inn again.
I love this place so much there are a variety of candyâs you can choose from!! I came here today and told them if they had any freeze dried candy they did but only starbursts so I wanted to ask when do they come back in stock cause when they are ba
This was my very 1st time coming to a game here & I must say it was alot better than I was expecting. All the food & drinks were reasonable prices. The parking wasn't over crowded & the price to park wasn't bad at all. We had good seats in the shade
Cinemark is my theater of choice when I'm home. We saw "The Color Purple" in XD.
Purchased tickets online through Fandango, (reserved seating) and scanned my QR code once inside. Reclining seats to enjoy the HD experience are always a plus, but my s
First time to visit, nice and clean, on a Saturday from about 10-1 , not extremely busy, I was okay but thought like some places having you are here on directory would help some people navigate
We were driving to Dallas, Texas from Prattville, Alabama and planned the trip around stopping in here based on the reviews alone and we couldnât be happier that we did. Their donuts are light, fluffy, DELICIOUS, and not too sweet at all!!! Itâs
My 1st time eating here in Pearl, MS and it was well worth it. The ambiance was lovely. The staff were very helpful and polite. The place was clean, there was a short wait before being seated for it to be a Saturday evening. Though my chicken was
Unassuming and laid back restaurant with delicious food. Having never eaten Crawfish before, I didnât know what to expect. Conclusion: super tasty. Glad we got the mild, as they were still spicy but super flavorful. Shrimp po boy was also very good
Salsa's is the family's normal go-to when we get together with other family members. The food and service are generally good. If they are busy at all, seating can become cramped.
The only real downside is if they seat you in the area to the right wh
