Lynn was a delight and very attentive in the restaurant for breakfast. Prompt service and good food made for a great start to the business day. Comfortable bed and quality towels made for an overall short, but nice stay. I will definitely be back when work brings me back to the area. Thanks
Wonderful front desk service, very friendly. The restaurant staff was awesome. Had breakfast every day, they made us omelets and pancakes to order. We stayed in January, it was very cold outside, the room was nice and toasty. Beautifuly remodeled hotel.
Lynn in the restaurant was so pleasant and accommodating! I always enjoy my stay here! Everyone is so nice! I stay here for business when I come into Chicago. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming into the Chicago area. All of the team here are just amazing!
The rooms are warm, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were welcoming and attentive.||However, the chef and dinning staff, Lynn, were absolutely exceptional. I am a man with specific dietary restrictions for health reasons. They listened, cared for and comforted me. Then prepared a breakfast to die for. Try the Hilton Garden Inn on your next trip to Hoffman Estates. You’ll be glad you did.
This hotel needs a serious remodel. Definitely does not deserve more than 3-stars. Smallest TV I’ve seen in a hotel room in many years. It’s old and outdated. Was cool in the 90s I’m sure, but that’s over 30 years ago. See photos. Room was fairly clean, I’ll give them that.

The hotel was super clean n staff were very friendly. Lynn, our breakfast hostess was awesome. Very accommodating. I will book a room here again. When you are in the area consider staying here. It is right off of 90 west and close to restaurants, gas stations and shopping.
They are in the middle of remodeling so somewhat noisy during the day. Customer Service at the desk was outstanding. Also, I like to mention Lynn was my hostess in the restaurant, and she took great care of me. Five star service. These are the reasons I keep coming back here.

The daycare staff at Barrington Square Animal Hospital are so wonderful. Mister runs in the door every time we go. He loves playing in daycare with the staff and other pups. It makes me so happy to know he is in a place he loves when he canât be at
