This place is a great stay for the money. We enjoyed having a bar available the night we checked and rooms and everything was very clean. The entry was festive and welcoming, service friendly and helpful. My only gripe is the $15 breakfast. It’s the same continental breakfast many other hotels serve, nothing fancy, yet for a family of 4, Hilton wants more than I’d pay for breakfast at a Cracker Barrel. I’d have no problem paying if omelettes or something more elevated was being served (you can pay $10 extra for avacado toast).
Fantastic stay! Room was clean and they offer daily maid service which is still not the norm in many hotels. Staff was very helpful when our TV remote stopped working and got it taken care of quickly. Location was an easy drive into town. The first night of our stay, we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food and service were great. Would definitely stay here again.
Not what we have come to expect with Hilton Garden Inn. The front desk staff was less than friendly. The room smelled a bit musty and wasn't as clean as it should be. Found a toothbrush under the bed and a wash cloth left hanging over the shower. After our first night, we noticed the room across the hall had a towel stuffed under the door. Have to assume it was being fumigated, which doesn't send a very good message. We chose to have dinner in the restaurant on our first night. The gal who provided service was super sweet but not at all knowledgeable about drink and food menu. The menu didn't have much variety which was disappointing. We had breakfast the last morning which was fine. Overall, this was a disappointing visit. Will look for another place next time we are in town.
This hotel was absolutely disgusting. The tub was full of pink scum, there were pins all over the floor that housekeeping missed that my child found, and the bathtub did not drain, so enjoy showering with 6 inches of dirty scum water. Multiple attempts were made at the time of visit and following the visit to discuss cleanliness - no management present at hotel and no one returned any calls or emails. Hotel stated that I should have inspected the room prior to paying for the room and receiving the key. I have never heard of such a thing. If they truly cared about their guests, they would have returned a phone call or email to me.
My stay at this hotel was unfortunately a disappointing experience. Our room had a leaky toilet so the bathroom floor was flooded and the room smelled terrible. We got moved to another room that didn't smell much better, and the carpet was dirty and sticky. The sheets also did not appear or smell clean, and the sheets were too small for the bed. No rooms at this hotel included king-size beds, and the full-size bed and floppy mattress was cramped for two people. The air conditioner did not work and would only pump out warm musty air. No shampoo was provided; the dispenser was empty. Towels smelled musty. We paid over $200 for one night stay, and that did not come with any complimentary breakfast. A basic breakfast of scrambled eggs and a waffle costs over $30 for two people.
Reserved and had confirmation that we had connecting rooms. Confirmation in an email and confirmation by phone. Due to our situation we only booked here because they had connecting rooms. They did not give us connecting rooms, but rooms next to each other. The customer service was terrible. The manager argued that I needed to call to confirm by connecting rooms, yet it was in an email and I did call. Will not stay at a Hilton again!
I do not have enough wonderful things to say about my stay here. I had to be in Gettysburg to help with an ill family member. What was supposed to be 4 days turned into 4 weeks. The staff here was beyond kind, professional and so compassionate. They made me feel like I had a home away from home. From Kinga mopping the floors in her bare feet to Taylors kind smile. I'm actually a little sad to go! I don't know everyone's name but each and everyone of you were top notch!! Housekeeping, breakfast staff, Albert, Jay, the nice blonde lady at night who would pleasantly chat with me and offer food/shopping suggestions. THANK YOU HILTON GARDEN INN!! You made an impossible situation tolerable and pleasant. I'll definitely be back and bring my family 🤗🤗
My friend and I stayed for the weekend and it was excellent. The hotel is spotless, front desk was courteous. We were tired from running around all day and it wasn’t check in time yet. I have severe arthritis and asked if we could just hang out in the lobby/ relaxation area. She said sure the fireplace is on, relax and we will let you know when your room is ready. Even though we had to pay 25 dollars to check in two hours earlier I gladly paid it. It was nice to get settled. The room was spotless, the beds were so comfortable we were very pleased. We utilized the hot tub and had breakfast in the dining room in the morning. The food is delicious. They have a beautiful snack and gift area. You can buy anything from microwave foods to souvenirs, candies, wine, beer, cigars, pet food, coffee. The selection is amazing. Last night we topped off our stay with diner downstairs. I got the cheeseburger and fries. My friend had the salmon dinner. That cheeseburger was the best I have had in a long time and the fries were perfect. My friend loved her salmon too. The service, food, staff and facilities are impeccable. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back! |Elizabeth Gabriel

Room was quiet and cleaner than many. Beds were firm, flat and very comfortable for us. Hallway smelled odd but the room had no odd smells and the air felt clean. Very friendly staff and nice free breakfast. Will definitely stay again.
