Very clean and well appointed hotel in Gallup. The restaurant and bar are great as you don’t have to leave the hotel in search of food. |Starla checked us in and she was 5⭐️!|Rooms comfortable and relatively quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. |Definitely a “go to” stop when traveling I-40.

The front desk staff didn’t seem too friendly. But the hotel was extremely clean. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful property but the location is so so. I don’t know if it would be my first choice to stay there again.

Great service!!!! Herman, the evening manager, was the best! Total screw up by myself. I made a reservation for the wrong month, luckily they had availability. He not only transferred out reservation, but even the same rate! Best service ever! If you need a place to stop on a long road trip, stop here! Even great service at the restaurant. They even have coffee, espresso/latte/cappuccino machine, water, soda and more! I would definitely stay here again, clean rooms!

This is a great place, our 3rd time staying here on cross country road trips. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean, good breakfast (included as Honors Diamond). Very easy on & off I40. Close to restaurants & shopping. Be sure to take some time & explore this cool little town. We will definitely stay again.

Let’s just say if my own cooking tasted this good, I’d have Michelin stars.||||The rooms are spacious sanctuaries of comfort, perfect for anyone who’s ever tried to stretch out on a twin bed and failed. These rooms practically beg you to unwind, with king beds so cozy, I’ve seriously considered smuggling one home (don’t worry, Hilton, I resisted).||||Location-wise, this hotel couldn’t be better placed if it tried. Surrounded by restaurants and stores, it’s like living in a tiny, walkable city where everything you need is just a stone’s throw away. Need a snack? No problem. Craving some retail therapy? Positive: "" Negative: room 233 coffee maker didn't work. Shower door doesn't close all the way and water was pouring out under the bathroom door to the room door. We had this same room at different times and the desk was informed but the issues were still there a week later.

Very impressed with this property. We had room 101 on the bottom floor because we had tons of stuff. Rooms are spacious and the lobby is nice and I was pleasantly surprised to find out there is a bar and restaurant here onsite! Applebees is next door but the Hilton’s menu looks amazing.

The staff were very friendly and the room was fine. Everything was clean and the hotel was quiet. The guy at the desk told me he gave me a room away from the elevator so it would be extra quiet, but he actually gave us the second room from the elevator. We paid extra to include breakfast and I'm glad we did. The breakfast was good and worth the extra $11 for 4 of us to eat. One complaint I have is that they had 1 server for the entire breakfast hall. She had to take orders, deliver food and drinks, seat customers, check out orders, and bus tables all by herself. It slowed everything down terribly. Do better Hilton!
