Hilton Garden Inn Ft. Walton Beach - Hotel in Fort Walton Beach - 1297 Miracle Strip Pkwy SE, USA

Stayed here for a few nights while visiting my son in the USAF. Had the best room facing the beach!!(530). The staff at the front desk were so welcoming and kind. The bar staff were very nice too. Room was exceptionally clean, bed was comfortable. All staff were super friendly!!! Love the tiki bar that is shared with the Holiday Inn Resort next door. Reserved two beach chairs for the day and had a wonderful time. Also enjoyed the lazy river, had to wait on a tube for a bit but finally got em! Without a doubt, I give five stars for their customer service and our stay was fabulous!!

We had an awesome time staying here. The location to the beach was great. The food and drinks were good. All the staff was super nice. When we got there we were greeted by Pebble. She was so sweet and talked to us everytime we saw her. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Our room was super comfy and had great views. We can not wait to go back next year!

I just got back from my birthday/anniversary trip. Daniel and Pebble at the front desk made our trip the best ever! Seriously it was one of the best trips we have ever taken! They both took extra care of us once they found out it was my birthday and Anniversary Trip. Within about 1.5 hrs after checkin Daniel was knocking on our door with Champagne/chocolate strawberries and fruit!! Not 2 mentioned 2 cards! So so sweet!! Seriously the best service ever! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you so much for making our trip so memorable!

The entire hotel is very clean. Super nice staff throughout hotel to include front desk, restaurant, cleaning staff, etc. Rooms are a bit pricey this time of year. Booked a King Jr suite because we anticipated family (who also had their own rooms booked) to gather in our room. No where for anyone to sit except one desk chair and an additional chair. Huge room but no furniture to speak off. Restaurant was great and prices were very reasonable. Wait staff was excellent. Loved the morning coffee bar at entrance. Only thing that really bugged me was hotel charging $15 a day for parking but parking lot had no security or controlled entrance. So basically it was just a money making add-on which I have a problem with when you are already paying $559 plus nearly $100 in taxes a night for a room.

First and foremost, every time I come here for work, I stay at this hotel and let me tell you, Jonique, Daniel, and Dowona always go above and beyond to make sure my stay is as amazing as possible. For this particular trip, I had to extend for two more days because of work commitment and Jonique as always worked her magic and found me and my co-worker rooms even tho we were told they’re at capacity. Also, the bartenders, inside and out are amazing, they will make your day! My room specifically was amazing, got cleaned every day and never had any issues. 10 out of 10 recommend this place because of the amazing staff they have.

The rooms are comfortable and the hotel staff was wonderful. Pebbles was a pleasure to work with; she would go above and beyond. The hot tub was extremely relaxing in the evening and the lazy river was fun to float around on! The beach access was nice and comfortable to get to the water.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. Plenty to do. I only stayed for a night and wish I had stayed longer to check out the amenities. Staff was kind and helpful. Only issue, parking fills up quick but, it's free! My room was clean which is a plus for me because I am not a fan of hotels. Publix is down the street and plenty to do in the area.

Overall great experience staying at this hotel. Pebble made it even better by helping us celebrate our anniversary! If you’re looking for hotels that overlook the ocean then this is your hotel. The hotel was super clean and well maintained! The staff was very friendly & helpful! We will definitely be returning!
