Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth/Fossil Creek - Hotel in Fort Worth - 4400 North Fwy, USA

The room had a weird smell to it. Very poor craftsmanship. So many imperfections to where you don’t know if it was renovated cheaply or it’s just old. The breakfast is good. We checked out yesterday and we have been trying to call the hotel for almost 8 hours and no answer. My wife left her glasses in the room and no one would even answer the phone.

At check in on Friday we changed rooms to the first from second floor. Later that evening we returned to our room and the key wouldn’t work. At the desk, the attendant stated they didn’t know who was in the room. Thinking everything was resolved from there…The next morning the Attendant at the desk said they needed our info yet again. We checked out on Sunday. When Monday rolls around. Suddenly my card had been hit for multiple transactions totaling over $1,300.00. The stay should have been less than $400.00. The manager claimed we had two reservations when we called to find out what was going on. But mind you we only had one confirmation email for reservation. And the Hilton only put on one reservation hold on my account. Supposedly I will receive credits in 5-7 business days. Good thing I was able to cover the additional charges. Never ever stay here again…

Stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of the month and it was in a great location, just outside Fort Worth. Ubers from the hotel to Fort Worth were very quick and cheap and you could also get to Downtown Dallas or the Airport in 40 minutes which was great. Found the hotel to have spacious and clean rooms with a great indoor and outdoor pool. Both of which were very quiet and made you feel like you had it to yourselves. Staff very friendly also on the desk.

I have been a Hilton member for over a decade, and we have stayed at many many hotels over the years. This one is by far the worst we have ever stayed at. The room had a several things wrong, like black mold in the bathroom, the molding was ripped up in the bathroom, like they were doing construction on the room. We went down at 7am to the lobby for breakfast, and there were no coffee, and when ask if they had any, they said they would have to make some. How do you not have coffee for breakfast? What really got us was when we went swimming that evening, we got to smelling a very bad rotten and pungent smell. The pool was full of debris and trash in and by the skimmer. I found a dead bird that had been in there for apparently for days because it was decayed and rotten. I got it out of the pool and informed the other guest about it. I went to the front desk and informed them of the decayed bird in the pool, and he acted like it was no big deal. I told him he needs to shut down the pool because of the rotten bird, and ask for the manager. He told me the manager would be in at 8am in the morning. I went back down to the front desk at 9am and talked to the lady working the front desk and I ask for the general manager, she informed me that the general manager was not available. I explained to her everything about the pool, and her response was " there are chemicals in the pool". REALLY??? CHEMICALS IN THE POOL?? STAY AWAY FROM FOSSIL CREEK HILTON.

Very nice hotel. Not quite as modern as the Hilton Tru. They have a small in house grill that has a pretty nice menu. Little bar, nice seating. You can order a hot breakfast made to order! The sheets and pillows are SUPER CLEAN, SOFT and smell wonderful. Traffic is horrible in the area, so a little difficult to get to.

The staff were friendly, great mini grocery store options restaurant, and bar. The room was clean and beyond comfortable. Thank you Brianna for answering all our questions and being so helpful and friendly ***** STARS for her stellar customer and making our stay the best!! We highly recommend and would definitely stay her again.

This hotel is nice. It not huge. The staff at check-in was really professional and friendly. The breakfast there is cooked to order and was really good. There's not much to do directly near it, but the stockyards are just 15 minutes away, and that was where I was going.

I wish I could give a negative 100 for this place. DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD. We were charged 3 times for 1 room, accused us of making 2 reservations because they messed up when changing our room from 2nd to 1st floor. Now have to wait 2 weeks for a refund of almost $700. Neither manager I spoke to today would take responsibility for the mistake and basically called me a liar. We were also told at check in there was free breakfast. NOPE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
