Very friendly staff. Brian and Jeanne at the front desk made checking in a breeze, and were so kind to our pups. Candice at the bar was a breath of fresh air… extremely funny and attentive. She even found a local sports game on the bar tv by calling her husband to see what channel it was on. Great people. Great hotel.
The lobby is a very welcoming and relaxing area, the rooms are clean, housekeeping staff are thorough and friendly. Front desk staff and management make the place even more enjoyable. Nan, Nina, Jasmine, Kielle took care of ME! I will never cheat on Hilton again! I had a terrible experience at Holiday Inn and rebooted here. It was Divine intervention. I even like the way my room smells. The kitchen excellent! The service WORLD CLASS! I am a Diamond member and this is why. I can always rely on Hilton. I have to visit the area for work again and I will be back. Thank you for making my trip better
As a Diamond member this is one the most comfortable Hilton properties we’ve stayed at. All employees we dealt with were kind and knowledgeable. Comfortable rooms as well. Rosy in dining area and Candace in bar area were awesome! Will definitely return!
The hotel can use a refresh... Overall, it was a quiet place to stay. The beds were comfortable. Everything you needed was present and accounted for. I would warn that there is NO FREE BREAKFAST. The website said free but there are options all with a fee.
Stayed here for a couple weeks on a business trip - nice enough hotel & very convenient to where I needed to go, but one major caveat: the room doors slam closed. My floor was shared with some kind of sports team and while they were generally quiet enough, the endless door slamming while they went from room to room is probably a deal breaker if I ever need to go back to the DFW area. Put some dampers on your doors!
This location was a plus in every aspect. Check in wasn’t too friendly but the sweet lady during the morning was very kind and helpful to wife and I . I think her name is Rachel. Everyone was helpful for the most part. Breakfast was a bit pricy but well worth it for those who don’t like getting out hunting restaurants down. I will be returning each time we visit this area! I couldn’t be more pleased with my hotel stay here. Thanks to you all.
Our stay on 8/19 was great! The room felt a little musty when we came in, but we turned the air a little lower and didn't notice it anymore. We enjoyed dinner, drinks, and breakfast at the hotel. The food was pretty good! The pool was a little smaller than it appears in photos, but it was still decent with ample seating. Customer service was great. Kielle assisted us with everything we needed and greeted us every time we walked by. I think the location is great. It's about 12 minutes from the Stockyards and totally worth those few minutes to be in a lot less of a crowded area that feels pretty safe. We will stay again, if ever looking in this area.
