Hilton Garden Inn Flagstaff - Hotel in Flagstaff - 350 W Forest Meadows St, USA

My 1st time staying here and i have to say that this is a great affordable place to stay. The staff was wonderful and the the rooms had a mini fridge/microwave which is always a plus. They offer an indoor heated pool with jaccuzi. Check out is at 12pm which is very convenient. It is also close to many food selection and stores.

Positive: The front desk gal was so kind and helpful with the check in. The room was so clean and I loved that the heater/air worked so well. It was so cozy. I loved the location, it felt secure staying there. We had a u-haul and were able to see it from the room. Negative: The pillows deflated so quickly and were so flat. The shower water basically just fell straight off of the shower head making it difficult to shower, it would hit the metal in the shower and make alot of noise.

We received a warm welcome by efficient, friendly reception staff. Our room was clean, spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows and spotless linens. Breakfast was good and so convenient. A very pleasant stop for the night with wonderful staff.

We arrived at night in December to a room with a wide open window that smelled like smoke. Was offered an alternative room which was next to the lobby/elevator and very loud. The AC unit didn’t work.There was one employee who was doing the best he could with long lines and many other guests switching rooms. He was friendly and helpful. I know there are not many options that are so close to downtown and pet friendly but definitely would not recommend.

Can I just say as a person who travels for work and lives more out of hotels than my own place THIS Hilton set the bar! As I walk on this treadmill this final morning, I have nothing bad to say about the last 9 days. The gym is top tier! All new up to date equipment including treadmills, ellipticals, peloton bike, free weights(and they’re all there), and get this a SAUNA! Like what?! Now let’s jump into the fact there are 2 restaurants downstairs so you absolutely don’t even have to leave the hotel especially if it’s a short trip. The sushi was amazingggg. Lindsey and Genna were my waitresses and both were super friendly including the guys working behind the sushi bar. They have a full bar downstairs where I got to end my Friday night. Jordiiiii was my bartender and she may not know it yet but stamped as my friend when I come back to flagstaff again 😂. The rooms themselves are super comfortable! Everything is so clean! You can tell they don’t do a rush by job with cleaning. I 10/10 recommend this Hilton. It’s going to put the pressure on anywhere else I stay this year but if I come back I know where I’m staying and this is your sign that you should too!!!

Unfortunately, our experience was severely impacted by a distressing incident on the night of 1/4/2024. Around midnight, a very loud fire alarm abruptly woke us up. Understandably alarmed, we hurriedly evacuated the building via the stairs, along with other guests. This experience was not only frightening but also caused significant discomfort. After several minutes outside, hotel staff informed us that it was a false alarm, with no explanation or apology offered for the disruption. This incident left us with headaches and we were unable to sleep for the remainder of the night. As a direct result, we were forced to reschedule our planned road trip due to exhaustion and lack of sleep. The lack of communication and apology from the staff, coupled with the physical and mental discomfort we endured, significantly detracted from the quality of our stay.

We appreciate that you’re dog friendly. The room was very nice & clean. Some dog friendly hotels are not clean so we appreciate that you went the extra mile to provide a nice clean room. Thank you for the dog relieving area too.|Staff was friendly & courteous.

Check-in was smooth, as well as check out. The room was very spacious, everything was clean, and I felt safe and comfortable in my room. I did not pay extra for the breakfast, which smelled and looked amazing, but they did have some pastry items that you could take with you as you left just for staying there. the room was more expensive than the other hotels in the area, but this is the nicer one of the other ones that I have stayed at that are just right across the parking lot. There was a Keurig in the room, along with a couple of pods of coffee and tea Plenty of parking, and very close to NAU.
