Very nice hotel. It is connected to the Casino next door through a heated hallway (important for sub zero weather). There was some cigarette smell in the lobby of the hotel coming from the casino area. Rooms were very nice with a refrigerator, microwave, dishes, frig. The room was very clean (no cigarette smell). They have a nice lobby area where you can get a full complete breakfast in the morning. Coffee was free. I would definitely stay her again.
Our experience was amazing, they were all so accommodating. We had a mishap in our room and a wine bottle broke. They don’t have bell boys and the person to help clean it was the receptionist at the front desk. She offered to clean it for us which was very much appreciated. We loved the restaurant, their food was amazing and the casino of course is always a good time.
Positive: Staff here was wonderful from check in to check out! Breakfast staff was especially hospitable, and the gentleman tending to the food took obvious pride in his job and told every guest to enjoy their breakfast. It was refreshing!! Waitress was awesome! Negative: Nothing whatsoever
Nice hotel, typical of a Hilton Garden. Suite was a good size, with a couch, desk/seating, two bathrooms in two separate rooms. Bathrooms are okay. Only critique is the shower...really looked old and scuffed up. Tile floors in the bathroom could use a steam clean, the grout really shows it's age. Very pleasant staff. Good parking. Next to the casino.
I want to say Sam Jasper was an awesome front desk person. She was very courteous on the phone and helped us out checking in and when another person said our rooms won't be ready for an hour because they are being cleaned Sam looked for us and said 1 of our rooms were ready. A very nice person. Also the rooms were comfortable and the pool and hottub was relaxing.
We came to visit the Casino, the city and surrounding area for a short vacation. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable and the towels were like new. Although I did not use it, there was a fitness center. The adjoining Casino was connected by a short covered walkway. Parking was very close, which was great for us because we wanted to visit other places in the area. We felt like the accommodations were and excellent value.
Breakfast was excellent. Special acknowledgment to the waiter and the cook on 9/20 and 9/21. The service was excellent and the omelet was excellent. The cook came out and asked me how the omelet was and filled my coffee. In all my travels, that’s a first. Good work fellas! Give those two a raise!
Positive: The staff at the end of the night was wonderful! I appreciated her hospitality and for going above and beyond. Staff earlier in the day looked at me like I was crazy for asking if anyone had a Bobby pin as I had forgotten mine and was late for a wedding.
