Hilton Garden Inn Detroit Metro Airport - Hotel in Romulus - 31800 Smith Rd, USA

Great location! The shuttle to the airport was stellar. We returned our rental car the night before and the shuttle picked us up at the airport. Which was very convenient so we could wake up and go directly to our terminal. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are clean, and restaurant was great. Short stay but very nice.

I had a great stay overall! The staff was great! Very friendly, very accommodating, during a challenging time. (Microsoft outage) My only gripe was without the air conditioning unit on, you definitely hear planes all day. The air conditioning unit is extremely loud in general, but I preferred that over the planes. Again overall great stay!

Val and Mike were the best! Very accommodating for our special requests. My best friend has had nightmare experiences with her allergies and they went above & beyond to make sure she was able to have dinner. 10/10 recommend. The hotel is nice and the staff is great!

I stayed one night at this hotel in June 2024. This is a very nice hotel and is located very close to Detroit Airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. My room was large, modern and very clean. There is a restaurant onsite that had good food and the prices were reasonable. I will stay here again if I am in the Detroit area.

Les chambres sont très confortables. Le déjeuner était bien même s’il n’y a pas de grille-pain et qu’on doive donner notre pain à la serveuse pour les faire griller. L’employé à la réception était très peu souriante ce matin la. Elle n’avait pas l’air d’aimer travailler!

Very nice workers, room nice and clean . Had dinner here also. waitress very nice, food was good. N8ce and quiet . Check inn quick , desk clerk answered all my questions. Not much else to say.. Will stay here again . U see the exercise room to. Clean nobody else in there.. small area but nice and clean

My Husband Works for Hilton and we reserved 2 rooms for 10 days for our family guests. Upon check out we noticed they charged us full price for the 10 days. Monet, the front desk manager, was the one who took charge and made everything OK with a smile! I really appriciate her. Our family had a great time and will be back ty

Was not a good experience, even though I am a return guest. We had a wedding party close to the hotel and we got at least three rooms two nights at the Hilton and about 10 rooms two night nights at the Hampton Inn next door my problem is with the Hilton started with the toilet have a problem when you flush it the water tank does not refill until you do it manually and the front desk service and the breakfast area the lady was there very rude. She charged us $15 for everybody include infants one and a half year and three years and five years, she insist to charge us full price. First, the bill was 79 and some change and she brought it down to $55 and she want give me official receipt for the refund the worst she took a copy of the receipt with her personal phone. the next day same amount people we was charged $25.50 which is the right amount we had a big argument Sunday morning with the staff at the restaurant and the front desk wasn’t that good, Monday we talked to the food and beverage Director, she took some information we explained to her everything and she said she’s gonna discuss it with her general manager. She said they will contact us and it’s been almost 24 hours nobody contact us till now.
