Hilton Garden Inn Denver Airport - Featured Reviews (1371)
Excellent service from friendly and efficient staff. Large clean rooms with really comfortable beds (you do need a step ladder to get into them though!) One thing to be aware of is that if you want/need to use the hotel shuttle from Denver airport you need to book this 12 hrs in advance or you will have a long wait! We were not aware of this, but the hotel sent someone immediately to collect us anyway (very grateful for this).
The hotel was nice and the rooms were clean. My issues are in areas other than cleanliness.||As a lifetime Diamond Hilton Honors member, I have expectations and they were not met.||Our soccer team recently stayed there. This hotel was chosen because I’m the team manager and I’ll always pick a Hilton branded hotel because of my Diamond status even when there are cheaper options.||When we got to the hotel, we discovered both the pool and gym had been closed a week prior for renovations. This should have been communicated to our team prior to arrival. Having a pool for the kids to play in after their games is a huge benefit to us.||As part of our rate, we were given coupons for the breakfast, which includes cooked to order items. Our coupons explicitly said no cooked to order items. Additionally the apple and orange juices were extremely watered down and not good. The cranberry juice didn’t seem to be watered down. The hot options included eggs, potatoes and some kind of sausage. It would have been nice to know if it was pork, chicken or some other kind of sausage. The toast was good but the jelly was off-off brand and watery.||There were only 4 parking spots designated for Diamond members which didn’t seem like enough given the size of the hotel and the hotel van would often be parked in one of the spots.||The most inhospitable thing we encountered though was a sign in the lobby that said no outside food or drinks in the lobby even when the restaurant was closed. Our boys like to get together and we usually do a pizza night in the lobby but that was not allowed.||The hotel is clean and if I was traveling alone would probably stay there again but would not choose it as a team hotel.
Jet Blue booked rooms for this hotel. Apparently the hotel did not allow us to check in. The airport shuttle takes hours, there’s a mini van and a black van. It pick ups on the east side (blue) not the red. I spent two hours waiting because front desk could not give effective directions. If this location does not accommodate airlines they need to do something about it. Incredibly unhappy about the service, after waiting hours and only being offered a lobby.
Hotel staff was great. The hotel is close to several chain restaurants and fairly close to the airport. They had a shuttle to the airport that started at 3a, which is great. ||The hotel seems to have been fixed up but there are some areas that appear to lack. The light fixture in the bathroom had a lot of dust in it. The hallway carpet seemed older. A center in the elevator bank had plastic over it. The edging at the wall and ceiling was falling down. Each time we passed it seemed to be a different location. ||The hotel is nice and we’d stay here again. Management should take a look at the little things to improve the overall experience.
Mariana at the front desk provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. After flight cancellations and 24+ hours alone in the airport, my elderly in-laws needed to get some rest. It’s hard for them to get around due to physical limitations and very low English proficiency. I called around trying to find a hotel with shuttle and room availability and spoke with Mariana. She went above and beyond to make it happen. When they had a hard time finding the right shuttle pickup area, she made sure the driver was able to find them and called me to confirm they were on their way to the hotel. She checked them in early and helped them get something to eat at the hotel. We all really appreciated her attention and sincere care. Someone needs to give that woman a raise and a promotion. As a Diamond Hilton Honors member, I’ve stayed at many Hilton properties and this one definitely stands out from the crowd. My in-laws loved the hotel and we will all be back in the near future!
In a day I had to cancel my reservation with my preferred hotel brand, this hotel was great and my stay before my flight went smooth thanks to their staff.
I parked my car in the hotel for the entirety of my vacation trip and it only cost me $70 ($10 per day) plus they offer free shuttle to the airport. The shuttle went smoothly too both early in the morning for my departing flight and when I returned to Denver. The shuttle didn’t take more than 10 minutes to arrive once I got to the shuttle section in the airport. The other hotel wanted to charge me $160.00 for parking my car for the same amount of days and they didn’t offer shuttle neither.
Recommended if you want to stay close and want a safe place to park your car with a fair price.
I like this hotel I realized I keep booking it without remembering that I've been here lol.
The rooms are spacious and clean and the people are nice.
The pillows are hard please change them.
The towels are also hard please throw some fabric softener in the wash. Nothing like getting out of a nice hot clean shower and drying yourself with a sandpaper towel.
I'll be back. Please change these things.
8.22.24-8.25.24 - had a great stay at this hotel. It is perfectly located from the airport and Denver. Staff was great. My only disappointment was that the pool is under renov. Locally, you will be near to everything that you need
This is an excellent Hampton Inn! Everything looked new and was all very clean and fresh.
Our room was spotless and smelled like fabric softener. Spacious shower, hot water, good water pressure.

We stayed there for 4 Nts in Dec of 2023. The staff is incredible. Mary at the front desk, Melissa the shuttle driver and Jen at the bar. The event staff were also great. The hotel is near 3 hospitals but you never hear outside noise. Rooms were quie
It is more expensive than we usually pay but it was very nice. Quiet room even though it was near a very busy street. Comfy bed very clean. Nice water pressure, hot water. Guest services were very professional and welcoming. Nice ambience in the lobb
Excellent dog park for fur babies to have some off-leash fun time! It has trails, water, sand beach, native landscape set in a mountain range backdrop. The only con would probably be the entry price, it is $11 for the state park (the dog park is pa
The parking lot was a bit shady, but the place was amazing. Food comes in large portions -- they were really good but we could only finish half of what we ordered. The spicy soup was my favorite, but the curry was great too. Their service was top-not
1st time checking out Parkside Eatery & Taco Choi. Very tasty however I think it would improve the appearance and food if each taco had its own unique sauce and or toppings to give it more flair and flavor.
This Nature Center is completely FREE! It has so many displays, interactive toys, nature books, and live animals (snake, turtle, and a lizard!) It is so wonderful!!!!
If you are wanting to enjoy the inside portion of the center (and let me tell you,
Absolutely amazing cuisine. The meat was cooked extremely well and the sides were very delicious. My wife had the steak and it was cooked to perfection and she truly enjoyed it. We also had the break for the appetizer and it was great. I suggest
