Hilton Garden Inn Dallas/Allen - Hotel in Allen - 705 Central Expy S, USA

Wife and I stayed here for an evening and it’s conveniently located off the HWY with nearby restaurants and Starbucks for those who need their coffee fix lol. The parking is well lit and didn’t have a concern for our vehicle. This hotel had a nice lobby lounge where you can relax, converse and have a drink. Has outdoor pool and hot tub but too cold to use. ||Check-in was quick and props to Michael. He noticed my Marine Corps beanie and thanked me for my service, greatly appreciated that and his friendliness. |The rooms are spacious, comfy with nice king bed, microwave, mini fridge. Nice clean bathroom. The elevators seem to move slowly but overall and very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Awful customer service, awful experience. Evidently, a wedding party was staying at this location the same night I was. There was loud noise coming from a room adjacent to mine, ALL NIGHT LONG. I called the front desk clerk, Will, at around 10:20 to complain, and then the night clerk multiple times during the night to try to get the problem resolved. I last called at around 4AM, desperate for sleep, and fed up with the lousy accommodations that I paid a pretty penny for. The front desk personnel were unable/unwilling to help. I understand if they were not able to track down the source of the noise. But what disappointed me, was that neither Hilton employee I spoke with during the night offered to move me to a different room away from the noise, or, if no other rooms were available, to simply offer me a refund so I could go elsewhere. No one, not even the morning desk clerk, offered to make the situation right. So, if you're looking for an expensive place where the hotel guests are loud and like to party all night, then this Hilton Garden Inn is for you. If you value sleep and value for your money, however, give this location a hard pass. Update: It's only fair that I mention, that after corporate read my review, they offered me a refund for the night.

Recently stayed here for our wedding. We had a hotel block reserved as well and All rooms were well maintained and clean. All staff were super friendly and nice. Amber was AMAZING! Her customer service is unmatched. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location. Walking distance to the mall and WC convention center. Restaurants shopping and trail close by. Short drive to Outlet mall. The hotel is clean and dated, and my room had a bit of an odor. |Staff was great, very professional, and check-in was seemless. Outdoor pool whirlpool. Restaurant on site. Breakfast was great. Full selection cook to order or continental. They were cleaning the pool all morning, so it wasn't available until about 12pm.check out time. I would definitely recommend it. Charming and clean. Love the location water pressure good.

This is a nice hotel, but you have to be sure to ask for a room facing the back, which we didn't. You could hear car/truck noises all night long and we were on the 5th floor. This happens at other hotels, so we are used to it, but wish their windows were better!||Shower pressure was great, but wish we had hotter water. Sink water was super hot, but the shower not so much.||Bed/pillows/television were fine and hotel is very convenient to the highway, restaurants, shopping, etc.||Being a HH Diamond member, we are only offered $10/per person. Breakfast was quite a bit more than that there, but it was delicious and everything made cooked to order (cheese omelets, french toast, etc). Juan was an amazing server. Excellent coffee at that property too!

It's not really a Hilton, if you have to pick up your own t.p. and towels at the front desk each day. Room was clean. Regarding your reply as mentioned... "Regarding the procedure you encountered for daily essentials, it's part of our effort to maintain safety standards amidst these challenging times. We appreciate your understanding and are always open to suggestions about your experience to help us improve." These are not challenging times in the sense that you infer. These are the times wherein corporations use narratives to provide inferior service at the brands expense. Your neighbors in this area, and fellow competitors have figured this out as of late. You should too. It's just plain lazy on your part.

Everything was very nice and all amenities were fully functional. The reason for the rating is that there were no clean towels available nor were we told we needed to use them for the entire stay. We were given bath mats. Do you know how much water a bath mat holds in the shower? Nor should you ever.

Very cheaply done remodel. Cabinets to store clothes ( no drawers). Cabinet suffocates refrigerator which does not cool . Brought us another refrigerator which was dirty inside with the same outcome. Excellent front desk staff.
