Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Airport - Hotel in West Columbia - 110 McSwain Dr, USA

I booked this hotel due to it's proximity to the airport and needing an early morning (4am!) shuttle ride. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every area! The room was well appointed with everything I needed. The staff was incredibly friendly, from check in to the bar and restaurant. The food was delicious and again the staff went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful meal. I will definitely book this hotel again. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The room was nice but the in room coffee was gross, shower sliding door kept opening on me after the 1st day there, only 1 elevator worked and took FOREVER to get down or up. They messed up my reservation by adding an extra day on my reservation and charged me an early check-out fee on the day I needed to leave, yet the policy days its $0! The only other good thing I can say about this place is that the breakfast was good and the beds are comfy, but I will not be staying here again.

Beautiful room and clean. The restaurant seems need a little attention, the slowest service ever the worst one we’ve had in Hilton Garden in North Carolina. But once the food came out I was Amazed of how good and hot temperature the food was as it should be. I’ll give the cooks five stars for that. And Joan at the Front Desk was very pleasant.

Ended up staying here last minute after a bad experience at another Hilton hotel in the area. The garden inn staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Cute little outdoor pool that my kids enjoyed. Price wasn't bad. Definitely saved the evening for my family!

Very convenient location. Was just here for a business meeting but the staff was very friendly and helpful. The taco bar was outstanding and our team really enjoyed it. Conference room was spacious and technology worked, didn’t stay the night but perfect for a business meeting.

Room was clean and comfortable. When booking I made sure breakfast was included in our stay. The breakfast set up was confusing. If breakfast is paid for when I booked hotel, all breakfast items should be included. Period. How are waffles NOT included in the breakfast buffet???! I can pay less at another hotel and breakfast is complimentary and that includes all items. This was very disappointing.

When staying in hotels I always wipe down before making myself comfortable. I started wiping down and notice how clean my cleaning wipes were. So this was a great stay with a clean atmosphere..

There is a certain level of service associated with a legacy brand like Hilton and I think Conrad himself would agree that this property exceeds that expectation. We adored Chelsy's warmth and service especially. She is a treasure for yall for sure! Rooms are clean, quiet, and modern. We felt refreshed every morning after a good night's sleep touristing around Columbia in this heat! We normally stay at another property when we visit family here and originally only chose this one because we had to travel with our pet Maggie. Now, I think we will be staying here every time we visit. Job well done everyone!
