While this is an older property, like many Hilton Garden Inn properties near airports, it is being updated and modernized. Still a work in progress, but I was impressed with the renovated bathroom and some of the updated decorations. The room was clean, and everything was in good working order. Wi-fi was reliable and fast. ||The fitness center while clean, is kind of dated and needs new equipment. ||The staff was friendly and efficient, and the airport shuttle was reliable and very convenient. ||There are many choices near the Colorado Springs Airport, but this Hilton Garden Inn Colorado Springs Airport is a solid choice for its comfort and convenience.

Upon checking in everything was going great. Got into the room dropped off the bags and realized the air wasn’t working properly. We left then returned going to unwind and order room service but quickly realized the phone didn’t work. I mean no cord no jack just a phone. Then the tv was also down. And lastly realized the peephole was broken meaning the door just had a hole in it where the components of a peephole would be. Thankfully the staff was able to move us to another room. Upon moving to the other room we were told we could come down and order room service to have it delivered. Well while doing that the lady behind the bar Sandra was not pleasant and borderline rude! When explaining what was explained to me. She seemed unwilling to take our order. Sadly, I would not recommend staying at this location. Lastly they are currently undergoing some renovations.

My hotel room was nearly brand new. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The little bar/restaurant was nice. Why the 3 stars? The wifi was abysmal. Like 2005 abysmal. It was incredibly hard to get a good, strong, stable connection. It was incredibly hard to work or use the internet in general. My coworker who was there with me had the same problem and he was on a different floor in the opposite side of the building. So, If internet use is not a big concern, have a nice stay. You'll be pleased. But, if you're going to Co Springs on biz, stay elsewhere if you need some heavy duty internet.

Definitely check that they aren't doing construction above your room. Instead of relaxing after a medical treatment, I was treated to 4 hours of banging above my head and told that the work would continue until 7pm even though I needed to sleep for an early flight. The hotel is new and looks good, but should absolutely not allow construction above rented rooms. After a second call, the front desk managed to get construction to stop, so I have updated my rating, but hotel goer beware and ask about construction at check in.

I had some work that required me to travel from Arizona to Colorado. This Hilton was close to where I had to be so I decided to book the night here. I arrived here at about 9:30pm, and couldn’t wait to get some shut eye. The receptionist is excellent, she got my information pulled up quickly and gave me the first floor room. The interior of the hotel is incredibly clean, and the same can be said for the room I was given. The location is perfect, not too busy or crowded, and parking space isn’t an issue. Not to mention that there are doors on all sides, so you don’t need to go through the lobby. The only inconvenient thing I can bring up, is the ice machine. It’s located on the 2nd level, and depending on how many people are using the elevator, it may take a bit to time to go up and get your ice. Still, all in all, a 5star location. The next time I have work in this area, this Hilton is DEFINITELY the spot I’ll patron again 👍

Positive: The airport shuttle Negative: The barn door style bathroom door allowed no privacy. When you close it, it rolled back open about 3" and wouldn't stay closed. Refrigerator didn't work so I had to throw away my Olive Garden Take home food. There was No business center!

This is by far the worst HGI and possibly the worst Hilton that I have stayed in. I travel a lot for work and only stay at Hilton properties. To start, I checked in online prior to my arrival and chose a room. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room that I chose was out of order. They gave me another room. When I arrived, there was a toilet plunger in a bag outside of the room. It's day 3 and the plunger is still outside of the room in a plastic bag on the floor. The walls are paper thin and I don't get restful sleep. I'm woken up by the person next door at 2:45 am. The birds are loud at around 4:00 am. It's currently 10:20 pm on a Tuesday night and I hear truck beeping and traffic. I'm always awake around 2+hours before my alarm is even set to go off. The bathrooms are another story. I've had no problems with the toilet, however, someone came into the room with a do not disturb sign on the door and left the toilet seat up as well as the toilet lid (I always put both down), which is unacceptable. The shower head is very high up and it's not adjustable, so there is very little water pressure. I'm short with long hair, so it makes it a long shower to try to wash and rinse my hair, etc. (Update) Continued to be kept up late and woken up early by neighbors throughout the rest of my stay. The Wi-Fi is very slow. Upon checkout, they didn't even ask how the stay was, but I told them anyway after they tried to send me away quickly. Other Hilton hotels seem to have a LOT better customer service. Overall, a horrible stay for a week. 0/5 stars and would not recommend to anyone and I will not be returning to this hotel on future trips.

Please avoid this hotel restaurant server/ barman named Sandie Very rude,making faces We decided to have dinner at this place,restaurant was freezing cold.we asked if the air conditioner can be adjusted as we were sitting in jackets in July! Sandie answer that she is hot! I guess this place is not meant to be comfortable for clients but for Sandie After ordering my drink I asked to use half of the ice she put in my glass(I was enough freezing) she was pissed and throw that ice on the countertop making faces It’s a shame that Hilton hotel hires such a rude people
