If I could give zero stars I would! The assistant manager on duty December 27, 2023 could find our two room reservation then proceeded to only give us a key for one room. Finally after my daughter send me the room numbers that she reserved, she was finally able to give us card keys. To be honest, I get better service from McDonalds than from this person who is an assistant manager.
The rooms were a disaster. One smelled of smoke and both rooms were extremely dirty. The door on one room did not close properly so did not feel secure all night. The heat was broken in the room so I didn’t get any sleep.
Do yourself a favor, pass this hotel by until they get new management and spend some money on a good cleaning of the room. The only redeeming factor was the restaurant where food and service was excellent. I believe your staff in the restaurant would do a better job of running that place than who you have now. This location has lost my business forever.
Great location off 95. This is the second time we’ve stayed here during our travels from NH to FL. Very comfortable and clean. We ate at their restaurant and had great drinks and delicious salads with grilled chicken. We are picky with our food and the chicken was super moist & greens in salads were fresh and crisp. Lots of locals come to eat here - that tells you something! We did not stay for breakfast as we were back on the road very early but there are two sides to this hotel - I believe Home2 suites is other side. They would get free breakfast but the Hilton Garden Inn side does have to pay for breakfast FYI. The very nice person at front desk told us of this when we checked in so no surprises. |Our room was quiet the night we stayed. Only complaint was door to bathroom - it’s a sliding barn type door- had a hard time keeping it closed. Kept just sliding back open. Not a big deal for us as we’ve been married almost 40 years but some folks need better privacy. Obviously just needs an adjustment. Comfy bed and pillows. Great hot water and pressure. Nice they supply with plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
We stayed at this hotel on a return trip to Florida. Our room was quiet, the beds were comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The building is shared with a Hilton Home 2 Suites and the lobby is shared by both hotels. I’m not sure it makes any difference which chain you select because it’s one big building. Breakfast was typical for a Hilton Garden and we enjoyed it. Access is easy on/off from the highway.
Room and check in were overall nice. Cleanliness of the shower head and sink were a huge disappointment. Additionally, the shower took nearly 5 minutes for hot water. Easy proximity to the highway and plenty of well lit parking.
I recently enjoyed a stellar stay at the Hilton Garden in Brunswick, Georgia. The hotel's impressive size, coupled with beautifully designed and spacious rooms, exceeded my expectations. The modern amenities and overall freshness of the establishment, being relatively new, contributed to a luxurious experience. Its convenient location right off the highway made it an ideal one-night stop during my journey to Florida. What made it even more convenient was the fact that it's pet-friendly, allowing me to travel seamlessly with my furry companion. This hotel goes above and beyond, earning a well-deserved five stars!
Front desk agent, was miserable, didn't want to be at work. Restaurant was barely serviceable, bar tender wasn't given the proper tools to do his job. At check out the day time desk agent, couldn't seem to even find it in his vocabulary to say good morning, or thank you.
I have to edit My review. Dont plan on breakfast here unless you wan fruit and waffles. No EGGS!!! WTH no eggs. I can't eat waffles. Restaurant wasn't open. Very disappointed I have to stop for food.
The coffee maker is clean. It's literally off the highway, but I can't hear it. They have security that stay in the hotel. Lots of things you can walk to. I was able to take a nice walk on the property. After being in my car all day long, I love fresh air!!
Merritt went above and beyond. Hope management sees this, he needs a raise and some recognition! Was very polite and accommodating. Very informative and again, went above and beyond. Thanks Merritt! Will definitely be back because of him!

Amazing wraps for the price! We got breakfast, lunch, and dinner for our trip to Cumberland Island! So many options that we were able to create 3 different meals. Very easy to order online and not a crazy long wait.
Great local place! Service was fantastic! I do wish they had their complete menu available (a gentleman ordered pineapple chicken behind us and it wasn't on the menu). The portions are massive!! I ordered the General Tso's chicken and it was a pleasa
I stopped on my way through the area and was very pleased that i did. I had the red curry, and it was one of the best I've ever had. The portions are large, especially for a lunch portion. The service is fast and the staff were all so friendly. The a
An excellent stop for dinner. The catfish was fried perfect and the sides were seasoned and tasty. Extremely friendly service. It made for a quick meal but delicious. Kitchen area is visible and was very clean. I'd definitely stop on a future trip.
This place was definitely amazing. My kids are super picky but they cleared their plates and went back for seconds. It reminded me of back home so it was awesome. I had been searching everywhere for someone to come remote close to Cajun cooking and t
This was our third trip into Brunswick. Each visit we find a little bit better, different place. This has been the best so far! A phenomenal vibe within this restaurant! This was upscale & cool, but not pretentious. Excellent drinks! I had the Silver
We had an absolutely fantastic time at Richland Rum. We went about a week ago for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We used the Groupon deal and the staff was very accomodating. We arrived early and were able to start the tour early as
