I can't say enough about the entire staff. My daughter's wedding was the weekend of the great computer update crash. The hotel couldn't make electronic keys the whole weekend. The hotel was fully booked with the guests of three weddings. They had to let every guest into their rooms, every time, all weekend. The staff was as cheerful and accommodating on Sunday as they were on Friday. They must have been exhausted, but you would never know it. They did a lovely job setting up the bridal suite for hair and makeup for the whole bridal party and returned it to a normal suite for the couple that night. We had both an after party and morning after breakfast and the set up, food and service was wonderful. They made a stressful travel weekend much less stressful for all our guests. All enjoyed our time there. If you are hosting a wedding in the area, put them on the top of your list. Thank you so much for your joyful service. I for one will never forget it.

I have just come back from a great 4 night trip to Boston for work but had a Terrible experience with the Hotel. While everything was good for the first 3 days, i came back to my room late ón the 4th day to discovery items i had purchase to bring home to my children the following day had been taken. The items were not expensive but included some cash. (total was $300). Unfortunately the receipt were in the bag taken and I had paid cash. There are no safes available in the room. While at the start the staff were listening and even searched the trash. This failed to find my items, they did confirm house keeping was in my room earlier that day but said they didn't take anything. They would not investigate further to identify through the software for the key ard, who else if anyone had been in my room. As my accommodation and meals were covered by the event i was attending they mentioned potentially compensting mé if i bought all the times again on my way home at the Airport and send receipt to corporate. They would not state this in writing and did not offer any other solutions. The other solutions i suggested were dismissed. I did report the incident to the police who confirmed to me that the Hotel were not helpful in thís matter to them and left them with limited options. ||It is unfortunate as the Hotel was clean and confortable however customer service was appalling and dismissive ón thís issue. I would never stay there again let alone recommend it to anyone.

This was our first time staying at the Hilton Garden in Canton and we will definitely be back. After being on the road for a bit so nice drive all morning m, we were greeted by a lovely lady named Erica at the Front Desk. She advised she would be able to get us checked in within a half hour. While waiting in the lobby, the Front Desk Manager Nancy walked by and stopped and said hello and asked if we would like coffee. And could tell we were glad to be off the road. Offered a warm hello and welcome. Within a few minutes we were all checked in. Ran into Nancy later in the day and was happy to stop to chat again and wanted to ensure all was good with our stay. |Both Nancy and Erica were so accommodating. As well Ken working in the Lounge he was very friendly. |Highly recommend this hotel for the awesome staff and wonderful hospitality! We will stay there again on a future trip to Canton!

The hotel was beautiful and the very welcoming when I arrived. Angelo was absolutely amazing! He was extremely helpful and super sweet. I will be definitely be staying here every time I go to Canton for work. The room layout was comfortable and I was able to leave the air conditioner fan on all night. I do hate when it turns off and on.

Love the Hilton line of hotels and this one did not disappoint! From the bright, clean, and pleasant smelling entryway to the well padded carpets in the hallways, this was what I expect when I stay Hilton! The front desk staff was genuinely nice and engaging. It was a great quick stay in a location that is very central. Thank you 😊

Three year old hotel that is very clean. You could’ve convinced me it was built yesterday. Larger rooms than I expected. The restaurant/bar on site is a plus if you don’t feel like going out, and the bartender was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again when traveling in the area.

All the employees are great, very friendly and always there for you. Katie, the breakfast attendant, was a breath of fresh air to talk to every AM of the start to my workday. Love this place, the atmosphere, and the gym was awesome with many different equipment machines to use. King bed was comfy, and I love you have tea for my caffeine wants. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Booked this venue for my wedding-I called the wedding off over a year before my wedding date and the venue charged me an additional $700 to cancel!!!!! Yes it was in the agreement but I’d think if I said “I want to change venues” that’s one thing BUT literally not getting married anymore, my engagement ended horribly and I was left to pay to cancel a wedding date because of their PROFIT MARGINS. Gave all the apologies but made sure I knew, binding contract. I’ve spoken to so many people who’ve been married, I have family who works for event planning companies , hotels and no one could believe that this hotel made me pay to cancel. So they made $1250 and they did absolutely nothing. And don’t try to speak to the GM because she’s useless.
