Hilton Garden Inn Boise/Eagle - Hotel in Eagle - 145 E Riverside Dr, USA

1st class. Delivered as expected at a Hilton Garden. Lobby area is conducive to meet friends. Internet was fast...would come back for sure.....staff is well trained and professional. Restaurant, coffee shop and ice cream in easy walking distance.

From the second we arrived at the Hilton Garden in Boise/Eagle, we were greeted and welcomed by the entire staff. Beautiful entrance with coffee and water bar just inside. Desk staff extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Once in the rooms, we realized how well they were decorated and exceptionally clean, as well as supplied with coffee bar, microwave, refrigerator and iron. Drinks are available, cocktail, beer, and wine. Just ask the front desk. Great walking trail and river behind the hotel with easy access. Shout out to Uneek who was exceptionally kind and helpful as we were here for a funeral, she gave great care and attention to our needs. Great options for food surrounding the hotel.

I stayed at the Hilton for a few months. it was such a cozy place to stay at. great views and the trail in the back was definitely my favorite! The service there is spectacular. Dechaun & Rebecca were always so friendly and just had a great energy to them. always nice coming in to a warm smile.

I have stayed in a tremendous amount of time in hotels with Garden Inn being on of the main brands I look out for. I like that you can get a full breakfast on site. This particular Garden Inn is by far the nicest I have experienced. They’re usually pretty similar in how nice the building and rooms are, but this one is way higher! I’d normally rate this brand 3/5 stars, but this particular hotel is an easy 4/5 stars. Beautiful rooms and right next to the river.

Grand looking hotel. Huge room comes with balcony facing the river. Very peaceful and quiet! Front desk service is great too! Breakfast - choice of buffet or cook to order. Spacious lounge with cosy sofas and fireplace. |Restaurant next door is good to grab a meal but they don’t do well with room service. Suggest for hotel to improve especially for international guests.|Also IT setup for meeting room to improve to make the devices connection more seamless and professional looking.

Positive: Hotel employee was very helpful and professional. He moved us to a cleaner room and was so great to work withThe dining room staff was also very helpful and professional during our breakfast Negative: The HVAC filters were very dirty and had to have them replaced and the bathroom vent was not functional in the first room

Positive: The $--- balcony room was O.K., Not overly large. But clean. Negative: Where I'm bummed out went down stairs in the morning to find nothing out absolutley nothing (except coffee) was complimentry, no continental breakfast at this $--- per night Hotel. You can sit down and order breakfast like Denny's (don't forget your tip)

We have spent a couple of weeks in this great hotel. The place is beautiful and a great location with walking distance to great restaurants. The staff were so attentive and friendly and it made our stay so enjoyable. Stay here and you won’t regret it.
