Hilton Garden Inn Beaumont - Hotel in Beaumont - 3755 I-10, USA

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and clean room. Enjoyed the bar and bartender that opened at 5. Food was good. Ordered flatbread, chicken sandwich, and cheesecake for dessert. Some traffic noise from interstate but it didn’t affect my sleep.

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Hilton Garden Inn. We were traveling to New Orleans for Thanksgiving and wanted to break up the trip into two days. We looked at hotels in Beaumont and decided on the Hilton Garden Inn because of the location, right off I10 and we read good reviews. The lobby is bright, spacious and well decorated. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick. Our room was on the 2nd floor. It was on the smallish side but was well laid out with everything we needed. The bathroom had a largish shower stall. Would have liked more counter space, but it was sufficient. All in all, a clean, quiet room. We had a good night sleep. Please note, they do not offer complimentary breakfast. We ordered the breakfast sandwich in the morning and it was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

My short stay at the Garden Inn was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out quick and pleasant. The room was clean and well presented. The fitness center is compact but well done with a Precor FTS tower, an elliptical, and a couple of treadmills and have towels and sanitizing wipes available.

My husband and I checked in this past Friday, 1/5 for one night. From the minute we walked in, it was amazing. Miranda and Quin, thank you for making us feel so special.||||Being a HH Diamond Member, we were offered a complimentary upgrade to the King Premium Room w/in-room snacks. Great TV and wonderful bed .. lots of lighting in the room. Tons of plugs in the room, which was a plus!||||We didn't stay for breakfast .. had to get on the road early.||||Highly recommend this property!

Greetings! Let me start by saying, I am not a frequent stayer in this hotel; however, when I’m in Beaumont _ The Hilton Garden Inn is my hotel of choice. The rooms are spacious & clean, the beds are very comfortable & the location is great for me (with its easy access to the freeway). Although the housekeepers & other staff members are “wonderful’, I would like to point out a particular guest service's representative *Miranda*. I cannot rave enough about her! I’ve stayed in many hotels, some of them elite; & Miranda’s care & professionalism is right up there with the best of the best!… From the greeting at the front desk to the seamless check in & check out, she has always made my stay enjoyable therefore I’d like to praise her for her professionalism & commitment to care! My husband and I loved this hotel, which is high praise given that I am hotel-phobic. The room, as well as the lobby, was bright, spacious, and very clean. The staff was friendly and cheerful. It was a blessing to find this place during our travels.

The rooms were nice for the price. We did not require any particular service. The location was good for us, but there was a lot of construction all around which made it a bit challenging to get around.

I always stay at this hotel when in town. It is a beautiful hotel, however I’ve noticed and mentioned in surveys before that the furniture in the lobby and restaurant either need to be professionally cleaned or replaced if dirt stains cannot come out of the material. Also the paint was peeling by the entry door to the room, in the hallway, and bathroom. The desk was sticky from someone’s food and I cleaned it myself with wipes I carry with me at all times. The carpets in the hallways had stains. Not the hotel’s fault, but highway construction is now right at their doorstep. It’s a complete mess so beware! I hate to see this hotel get run down as it is one of the most decent hotels in town. I also want to mention that if you need an ADA toilet with bars, this hotel only has a couple of rooms that can accommodate. The toilets are low even for me and I’m 5’3”. The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are professional and friendly. I’m sure their hands are tied in regard to maintenance. It’s usually the owner who needs to take responsibility and get things repaired and cleaned up. I hope that happens very soon.
