Hilton Garden Inn Bartlesville - Hotel in Bartlesville - 205 SW Frank Phillips Blvd, USA

We were comped for my husband's 90th birthday, and we chose the buffet, which was a mistake. Bacon was burnt to a crisp (I like it crunchy but this was actually black), eggs weren't hot, potatoes were tasty but not hot. Our pillows were pretty flat compared to what I expect from any Hilton. Mattress was great, at least. The Keurig coffee flavors in the room were strange!

Dining only. We visited a few weeks ago and the food was excellent (taco Tuesday) and the wait staff attentive. Today was entirely different. Different wait staff who just ignored us as we were the first seated while she talked to and served drinks to a guy who sat down after us at the bar. We left after waiting 20 minutes. There was no one else seated except us and this other guy.

We stayed Saturday night no problems checking in. We came back that night from a family event and had issues getting into the room. The key would not work, went down stairs to get another key and still did not work. Went back down stairs and the worker had to get a machine to finally get us into the room. Very disappointed to say the least on not being able to get into our room that night. The beds and interior of rooms could use some updating as well. The worker was helpful that night thankfully.

Nice clean hotel. The staff was helpful. One thing I would like to point out is I booked my room 8 months out through Hilton app. I requested a bottom floor. I was given a handicap room. When I asked about it I was told they hold these rooms for Expedia and Booking.com. I told him I booked through Hilton Honors. Weird. I didn’t eat at the restaurant but will say I was happy it was there! This hotel used to have coffee out all day, they no longer offer this.

I enjoy my stay at the garden inn. There are great restaurants at a walking distance. Room service was great, bed super comfy. Great tv channel selection too. Piece of advice, do not choose room right above the entrance. There are 2 huge spots light right in front of the windows (room 222). At least there was great curtains to block the light but could still have light come in.

Nice hotel but I guess no one showed up to put the breakfast out. Coffee was gone, no spoons or knives for eating cereal or put cream cheese on the bagel. I had to hunt someone down to get eating utensils and this was at 7:30 AM. I’ve stayed here before and breakfast is usually very nice. It was just a let down.

We used to really enjoy this hotel but it's definitely gone downhill. Front desk staff (during the day) are rude and unfriendly. Room service is sketchy...ours consisted only of changing out towels and emptying trash every other day...new cups were not left for us. The iron didn't work...called down to front desk, let them know I needed one quickly but 30 minutes later still no iron. Free b'fast is no more. We've never stayed on the 5th floor but did this time and the rooms are sooooo tiny...barely any room to walk around the king bed. ||We come to this town several times a year but we'll be looking for a different hotel in the future.

I went to this hotel a few days ago with a tour group. The room we booked was to have 2 beds. Only had 1. Another lady had the shower head in the tub. Not able to use the shower. Our Bus driver had bugs on him while sleeping. This hotel has major problems. I would never stay there again. Nancy
