Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta East/Stonecrest - Hotel in Stonecrest - 7890 Mall Ring Rd, USA

The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The property was beautiful. It was very peaceful and quiet. My room was clean and had a pleasant smell. The hotel was located within walking distance of a lot of food and shopping, which I loved. My only complaint is the smell of chlorine in the pool area was so strong I couldn’t stand to be in there. I was really looking forward to enjoying the pool. That was a bit disappointing. But all in all I did enjoy my stay here and I would return.

Positive: The hotel was nice. Customer service was good. Breakfast was great. Negative: I didn't like that my guest and I did not get the two queen beds we had paid for and no one would budge on giving us anything off our stay. Highly disappointed.

I don’t understand the poor reviews on this location. Very clean and cool design to the lobby area that’s more open style. Shoutout Derrick who was great checking me in. You can tell he enjoys his job or loves talking with people cause it was a nice experience. Wish they had breakfast like the other locations but that’s okay.

Positive: Cleanliness, room was large. Staff was very friendly. All in all it was a good stay. Negative: Having to purchase breakfast - would have been better if it was included. Otherwise the breakfast was enjoyable and satisfying satisfying.

My room was nice enough, but the floors were stained and needed to be mopped. This gave me a bad impression right away. I think the hotel was renovated recently, but it still has an older feel. There is a shopping mall next door ( not the best mall but it will do) with several restaurants in the food court and surrounding area. I doubt I would stay here again. Too many other hotels next door to give a try.

Stayed in the hotel May 2024. I used to live in the Atlanta area but came back to town for a funeral and chose this hotel as it was close to the families I was visiting. The front desk attendant was so nice from the moment I walked in. I don’t remember her name, but she was super welcoming and helpful. Check in was a breeze and the hotel booked my room according to my Hilton Honors preferences that are preset. Plenty of baggage carts to help load and unload. The rooms were clean, beds were soft, pillows were comfortable, and plenty of space in our two queen bed room. Indoor pool was nice and the space was clean. Saw a Peloton room label but did not see the room. Only thing I found wrong in the room was the bathroom, specifically the shower, was not cleaned properly. Not too much of a complain- quick scrub and we were good. There was an even going in one night in the ballroom. The music resonated throughout the building- so we did not rest very well while the room was thumping. When I travel back to Lithonia, this will be my hotel of choice.

I told this young lady her service was sooo good I just had to write a review. Mrs. Chardonnay “like the wine” , she said. She was so sweet so bubbly and full of life even though her knee is twisted. The hotel was nice you can tell it’s been renovated. I enjoyed my stay
