Average at best! I only chose this hotel because their website boasted an airport shuttle as well as one that would take you downtown. That was misleading, because upon arrival they informed me they only offer shuttles to the airport. The lobby was clean and looked inviting. Staff were friendly, but were talking about other guests and their issues in front of customers waiting to check in. I do wish the restaurant on site stayed open later than 10:00PM. The man in front of me at the desk said that he was cancelling his reservation, because he and his family went to check into their room only to find the room occupied. The people already in the room informed them that was the second time that happened. If it wasn’t 11:00 PM, I would have chosen another hotel. The room had an odd smell and it needed to be vacuumed. The tub wouldn’t drain…from a quick shower…and the toilet kept running. I found it very strange that the towels are kept in the shower (yes, you read that correctly). There was no hand soap or even a bar to use as one. While the bed slept well, it creaked a lot. Rooms are very dated and could use some TLC. I’m happy to report I found no bed bugs though, because I used the hairdryer to search for them. (As a frequent traveler, I always do this out of caution.)

Good-front desk friendly, digital key worked well opening the parking gate, getting in back doors and into room, coffee ready early in the lobby. It looked as if the ATL airport shuttles were doing a good job but I didn't use it. The hotel was clean. Parking lot cost extra but it is gated and has lights. I felt it was safe. Close to airport and easy to get to. Decent price. Did not smell like some other older hotels. |Not so good-if you want a quiet hotel this is not it. Airport noise was not blocked well, thin walls (very loud guests but that could be different for everyone), they had a function downstairs that was really loud. This hotel is very old so no matter how much they clean it, it does not feel as clean as a newer hotel (it was well cleaned though).

Positive: I had a great experience, the staff is great. Front desk check in with hotel employee was friendly and welcoming. I decided to extend my stay to one more day and Bridgett made the process so easy as I didn't have to change rooms. The ladies were the best. Negative: ""

This hotel wasn’t too bad, I enjoyed my stay but had a few concerns. We stayed for 3 days. You have to pay for the food it’s not complimentary. The food was actually good. Our server was really nice and recommended some spots to visit in Atlanta. Front desk staff are helpful. The phone in the room only worked when it was put on speaker but even then there was trouble using it. Used the pool on the last day and it was sus. The paint of the pool chipped off so much while using it, it got on my feet which then went onto my sandals and completely ruined them. The fountain outside in the back doesn’t work. The hotel is right by the expressway and airport which is nice. About 20 min from Downtown Atlanta. I would just be cautious with housekeeping as previous reviews report stealing. Maybe avoid the pool.

Had difficulty getting towels from from front desk- requested multiple times before getting them the next day. I do appreciate that it was a busy time with several local graduations. The coffee in the lobby was ready and hot in the mornings. Just a suggestion: it would be nice to have coffee in the lobby available throughout the day. The maid service was good! The restaurant servers were attentive and helpful.

Overall my stay here was nice. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly. Regarding the room, there could be a few improvements. There needs to be more mirrors (perhaps one above the desk), better lighting in the entryway near the full body mirror, blackout curtains and a lid on the toilet. Not sure why there wasn’t one but having the clean towels above the toilet with no lid isn’t very sanitary, and I kept worrying about dropping something in there. Other than that, it was a nice experience.

1. The room was spacious for the one night stay the mattress was comfortable for a good nights sleep. 2. The location was perfect for where we were headed. 3. The biggest surprise was the next morning when we opened up the bathroom door, which I’ve been closed all night and turn on the light and to our eye test what we saw was cockroach city, crawling all over the bathtub. Upon telling the staff a check out, they had a good laugh, thinking it was just a joke. For the one night stay, this hotel is definitely over priced.

I stayed here taking care of some business however I had to delay in my schedule and ask for a late check out the next day much to my disappointment I was denied I was told that they were sold out the night before and the day of they were also sold out and that a late checkout was unavailable. I called Hilton Honors customer service and inform me that late checkout is based on availability for a late checkouts that's not what the front desk attendant told me she told me they were sold out completely and therefore it wasn't available. Why did I call and try and make a reservation and they still had multiple vacancies make this make sense why am I even in Hilton Honors member if I can't get special guest services? So I imagine I have to wait in the lobby until my flight clears or book for another night just for a couple hour delay and being inconvenienced I would not recommend this hotel. "Definitely overpriced, uninviting"
